Great location - just 7 minutes from the metro and about 8 minutes’ walk to the Vatican! The room was cozy and clean, with a nice authentic feel. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Close to Vatican/Stadio Olimpico but slightly far from centre (30-45min walk which is doable in rome)

I cant recommend this accommodation enough. First of all the host is super friendly, helpful and polite. It shows that the clients satisfaction is her priority. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed there in August however temperature wasn’t an issue as the air condition is quite strong and comfortable. Will be definitely returning here when staying in rome.

Nice large room but no sofa, so no place to sit down.

10 mins walk to vatican. Super clean and the receptionist waited for me untill I arrived at 23:00 as my flight arrived late in Rome. Would definitely stay again should I comeback to Rome on my next pilgrimage.

Booked for parents for a special birthday trip. They absolutely loved this property and commented in particular on the amazing location, cleanliness and comfort and wonderful service. They would definitely return. From my end, the communication with owner was excellent. They also left them a bottle of wine in the room which was a lovely gesture.

The shower is a bit old and dated, with the shower head leaking, but it’s nothing major.

The property was spacious enough for unpacking 2 suitcases without taking up the whole room. It was reasonably clean and well looked after, in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, very close to the Vatican. We had 24x7 access to a coffee machine and water from the reception, for FREE, which is a luxury in Rome. Best of all, the staff were super easy to deal with. We had a very late check-in due to our flights and the reception was unattended when we got there, but Eduardo sent us all the instructions needed to access our accommodation. Also, Federica was really easy to deal with and very polite, and gave us some very good recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants so we can avoid tourist traps (which is hard in a city like Rome).

I can't make a single complaint. It was wonderful!

Absolutely a gem to find a short walking distance to the Vatican. The service was outstanding and the amenities were thoughtful and welcoming. The free to use espresso machine was great in the morning and for an afternoon pick me up. Details to arrive and how to get to the rooms were throughly explained. Restaurants in the area were plentiful and close to a market and pharmacy. Would highly recommend staying at Residenza Edoardo I to make your Rome vacation a complete success.

The room was very clean and also comfortable to come back to after a long day of walking around in Rome. The shower, airconditioning, good coffee and water were a great plus. The staff was super friendly. Maybe adding a chair in the room would be nice. It was very helpful that they responded very quick if we had any questions. They also contact us when we arrived at the airport to advice us which route to take to come to the hotel.

At night when the window was open it was a bit noisy at times (could be from the aircon of the neighbour), but it didn’t bother is too much.

We couldn’t wish for more. Communication with the host was excellent - we could even check in slightly before. The room was very clean and spacious just perfect for an extended weekend. Cleaning service was provided daily - on demand. The location of the appartment is perfect to reach all the major sites, both walking or with metro. We loved our long walks which allowed us to explore the city the most. The neighbourhood is full of bars, grocery shops, restaurants, which is very convenient.

Edoardo, Federica and the staff were so nice, always very attentive and very helpful with all our requests. My husband surprised me with this trip to Rome for my birthday, and staying here just made it even better. The location is very safe even at night and very quiet; lots of local restaurants in Prati, we really loved the neighbourhood. Room was perfect, very spacious and equipped with the basic amenities. We loooved the aircon haha, with the Roman sun/heat ain’t no joke. Thank you again for everything!
