The shower could have been a little cleaner, but it was ok. There is also no full-length mirror in the room if that's important to you for planning outfits... As a heads up, there was not body lotion or hair conditioner in the bathroom either. I was initially annoyed at this, but a quick visit to the pharmacy around the corner solved the dilemma - and Irene was apologetic and solution-oriented, asking me how the stay could be better and if there were any other issues she can help address. So it ended up fine!

Amazing location and attentive host. Irene was kind, professional, and really made sure to ask how my stay was going at the property. It was easy to chat on WhatsApp to ask questions, and get recommendations for where to eat in the area! It was good to have a mini-fridge in the room for leftovers from all the amazing restaurants. Make sure to try the Wifi password on any of the various hotel wifi options. At first I thought the signal was very bad, but I connected to a different wifi name from the hotel and it was very fast!

Stayed here twice in 2 months and both times the facilities were immaculate and the staff were very friendly. It’s also in a great location, close to everything around Piazza Navona and not far from the city centre

The beds could be better. Even just another pillow would make it more comfortable.

It has a good location. There are restaurants nearby. Some attractions like the Pantheon are walking distance and others are quick to get to by bus. The air-conditioning worked well. There's no staff on site, but someone met us when we arrived to check us in. We were able to check in early when we arrived in the morning.

The rooms were not very well lit. I found we needed more light in the bedroom. Also the bedroom could have been a little bigger. The decor was a little old fashioned but then some people like that.

The location was perfect, right in the Centro Storico, lots of cafes, restaurants, piazzas around. The rooms were clean and had all the comforts you would expect. Complimentary coffee and tea were a bonus. Easy check in and check out, great communication with the hosts.

The street noise was quite loud from the room as we were here during youth week for the Jubilee.

Great location in the heart of Rome ! Only a short walk to all main attractions. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Checking in and out of the room was also very easy as made by the host !

The room backed onto an alley which could be a little noisy but wouldn’t stop us returning to the accommodation or that room.

Loved this accommodation. Traditional building. Very handy location in between Colosseum and the Vatican. Within good walking distance of bus stop. Lovely room. Staff excellent. Lovely balcony window. Air con. Has a very relaxed feel. Trusting of guests. Definitely would return to this place.

Customers should be forewarned, there is often no staff on site so on arrival you will have to call someone to let you in. Even if you tell them what time you will be there, you may still wait until you’ve called someone who is 10-15 minutes away. (Not great in the rain) And there are many stairs, so if you have heavy bags be forewarned, they will not help you, there may be no one there when you arrive. Also, the actual address is not the address you want to tell a taxi driver from the airport, because they may not know the small street numbers and drop you off at the other end of the uneven cobblestone street, so you will walk for blocks with your heavy bags. Make sure they drop you off at the taxi stand on the correct end of the Via Coronari. The place doesn’t bother to tell you that unless you specifically ask.
