Amazing, comfortable room, high ceilings and great balcony. The Tuscany dream. The bathroom as well as the entire furniture seems new. Very big bed, modern bathroom. It’s 15’ from the city centre by walk.

The balcony, though separated by some plants, is still not private. We were lucky not to get everyone stay outside at the same time.

I felt safe. Bathroom was clean. Good communication on the part of the employees who do the check in. They did “allow” us to check in one hour early (so we could leave our luggage in the room) but what we really wanted was to get a refund once we learned that there was no reception desk. This they refused to do, so we were stuck. We should have been told all of the details(problems) / procedures/ negatives (listed below) before we committed to the room.

1- No check-in desk or staff on-site. 2- Check in time is late and there’s no place to leave your luggage - for example, if, like us, you need to drop the luggage first before going to the hospital. 3- No elevator to second floor where rooms are. Needed to carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs! 4. BEWARE: Location was far - many blocks away from the tram. We selected this property because it came up in a search as being close to Careggi Hospital (our necessary intended destination) and while the tram ride is only a few stops sway, the property is FAR walk from the tram stop! 5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: You never meet a live person and there is no reception area.

it is clean and spacious

Although in the property description it says they offer parking, they don't have parking, they direct you to a paid parking lot, a partner (which is not at the same address).

It is a new, clean and cozy place, comfortable bed, high ceilings, the balcony to to the inner courtyard, full bar of drinks and coffee machine with coffee included into the room price (no additional charge).

It was not enough of privacy. The balcony was connected with the balconies of other rooms, and somebody was walking in my balcony while I was sitting with the underwear on my bed.

Just an amazing experience, easy check in and out, great communication with the sfatt but most of all a super clean and perfectly manteined place. 10/10

Noisy, no elevator, no cozyness - just plain white walls, no table in the room, no parking near-by, doesn't look like on the photos

Lovely comfortable bed, great location. Some teething trouble with entry to the accommodation but dealt with in a quick and friendly manner.

Last minute booking and checked in within an hour afterwards. Very helpful and friendly staff, room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. Thank you so much, you saved us in the first stretch of our honeymoon 💕

The communication was excellent for contactless check in. The building was nice, secure, safe clean and well kept. Water bottles were completely and needed due to the heat! Very close to light rail and within walking distance to downtown sights. The pictures advertised represented the property correctly!

Could have used some additional pillows. Typical European air conditioning was lacking plus it was extremely hot outside so not fault of facilities.

Checkin was a bit clunky, I didn't realise when I booked it was a no contact entry. But staff were very responsive and polite.

I paid for this location, was not able to contact anyone, was screamed at by some elderly gentleman, had to book another place. I don’t trust booking
