It was not enough of privacy. The balcony was connected with the balconies of other rooms, and somebody was walking in my balcony while I was sitting with the underwear on my bed.

It is a new, clean and cozy place, comfortable bed, high ceilings, the balcony to to the inner courtyard, full bar of drinks and coffee machine with coffee included into the room price (no additional charge).

Could have used some additional pillows. Typical European air conditioning was lacking plus it was extremely hot outside so not fault of facilities.

The communication was excellent for contactless check in. The building was nice, secure, safe clean and well kept. Water bottles were completely and needed due to the heat! Very close to light rail and within walking distance to downtown sights. The pictures advertised represented the property correctly!

The room was amazing in every aspect. Beautiful, well decorated, spacious and with a very pleasant balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets and towels are of excellent quality. Shower was good and with amenities. They are also very kind and a minibar was also available at no cost, with coffee and tea too. Contact with Lili was super quick, check in was easy, the location is great, very near to the center city but outside the crowds e noise.

Very fast self check-in, well-equipped room, there was a free mini bar, air conditioning, coffee maker and ironing board and iron. Room and bathroom very clean, nicely finished. Next to the hotel a small shop, quiet location. To the center about 15 minutes on foot, you can use several buses in the area.

The property was close to the Firenze train station. Exit out of the FRONT of the train station where all the taxis are. If you exit out of the right side you will not be able to find a taxi. We eventually found one across the busy street. It was only 5 minutes to the property by taxi. Too far to walk with luggages. Unfortunately the rooms that I thought I had booked was not accurately reflected by booking.com. “The Quad” was not 2 rooms with 2 beds but actually 1 big room with 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed with a pull out trundle bed. It still sleeps 4 but I was expecting 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 king / queen size beds. The host was very responsive to my text messages and made accommodations to our reservation. Ultimately, we had to pay a bit more but all in all, it wasn’t a bad experience.

The property is recently refurbished. It was super clean and comfortable and the host did the courtesy of leaving us refreshments in the fridge. It is very suitably located near the city centre, attractions and the train station. I can't recommend it more.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't the best and it could be improved. There was two different networks, but both were bit buggy. Also the check-in experience should be improved due the communications are handled on WhatsApp and it takes quite a lot of time due you have to submit all the ID's and fill their forms. Just after that they will send the room details and that took too long time. Also the link to the detail page is in such format that you can't open it directly on WhatsApp and thus I had to ask that to be sent again.

The location was super! A lovely, upscale area in Florence just across the embassy of Chile. The mini bar was complimentary which was amazing! It included some water bottles, Pepsi Max and juices. Overall very positive stay and definitely will come again when in Florence!

We would have liked to have had a safe within the room to store personnel items and the storage space for personal items was a little bit limited for the length of our stay.

The hotel is located slightly outside the main tourist area which was ideal as it was a much quieter location. Although we didn't use it very often, it is located right next to bus stop which takes you directly to the train station/other parts of the city. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, storing our suitcases and providing extra pillows on request. The inclusive mini bar was a lovely and welcoming addition.

I did not like the communication only because it was via whatsapp as not as clear as I would like, hence I went to the wrong address and struggled to find the hotel. This could also be my fault as I was jet lagged, however if the communication is clear and concise ie bold letters for address details etc. Or an image of the map to show where the property is. No gym or amenities

The location was great, room is large and comfortable. There is a mini bar, nice thick curtains and a shared terrace. The room has good airflow, light and also a very nice new bathroom and floorboards. Very generous mini bar and also the room is quite luxurious. The room alone gets 10 out of 10.
