We loved our stay of a few nights here. It’s a traditional family run hotel in a lovely old mansion, with really kind and friendly staff. We loved the calm atmosphere and having the beautiful garden to have breakfast, drinks and dinner in. The rooms are simple, comfortable and spotless - as is the hotel and grounds. Dinner was delicious traditional Italian food- the best we had during our stay infact - and wines were lovely too. Complimentary bikes were a nice touch for a spin to Forte Dei Marmi market. A great break all round.

The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything from the other rooms.

The staff was so kind. Service was great, and the hotel is located very centralized.

Currently no charging for EV’s and the entry for the parking is quite narrow, fold in your mirrors!

Superb location 5 mins from the beach. The history of the villa makes it very special!

The parking entrance is very tight. While I was able to bring in my car with the help of my partner and the car sensors, it would be very difficult to do it without help for a standard sized car. Plenty of large cars were parked there, so it's doable but just difficult.

Room was small but adequate. Good service overall and appreciate the thorough cleaning everyday. Breakfast was nice, though repetitive. Had options for non dairy milk which was appreciated. Location is a bit far from train station, but you can either take the city bus or park near the station.

I don’t really have any complaints.

The property was great, all clean and very charming but what really was excellent was the staff. The two ladies that worked the front of house were so lovely. They just made your stay so comfortable with their kindness and helpfulness. I would recommend this place especially because of them. The location is also a short walk from the beach. Breakfast is great. The free bikes is a great bonus.

Absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel. The furnishings and decor are fabulous. The garden is spectacular, the food was so good. Staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the garden was so relaxing.. car Park available. Attention to detail and customer care were superb. I will definitely return .

This hotel is near Via Reggio on the Mediterranean coast. It is the most amazing place to stay. The villa was the residence of an Italian artist called Galileo Chini and some of his works were on display. The room, the service, the staff and the food were all amazing. We ate the extensive breakfast outside int he beautiful garden. The hotel is a short walk to the beach.

The furniture of the room was very basic, in contrast with some of the pictures of other rooms. We were a bit sad about it but we did not push for another room nor diminished our experience.

Lovely hotel managed by a family. They are very welcoming and always happy to help. We had a fantastic stay including dinner one of the nights. Breakfast and dinner outside in the garden was a great experience. They have Events to show art from local artists and help to promote them, which we found it exceptional

Our room was a second floor and NO elevator. Staff said they had alerted Booking.com before and they did not post this limitation...

The location is very nice. Common areas are a real plus. Staff is very friendly.

Location not as near the beach as expected, which was a disappointment and not obvious from the hotel website. There was very little information about local attractions or how to get around. There was a lack of coffee- and tea-making facilities in our room.

Fine, peaceful building and outside seating area. Eating in the garden, with cover available, was enjoyable. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the two owners (brothers) was always on hand if needed.
