Everything! We wouldn’t change a thing. The staff was excellent, the room lovely, the breakfast great and the view from the lounge was spectacular. Whenever we return to Siena we will stay at Residenza d’Epoca Campo Regio Relais.

It was perfection!

This place is a gem, and the experience was like stepping into a storybook. Our room had a balcony with the most amazing view of the old city, and featured flowers and comfortable chairs. The room was clean, beautifully furnished, and very romantic. All amenities were thought of, including slippers, bathrobes, treats, coffee, tea, and a mini bar. Snacks, afternoon tea, and breakfast were served and included, and was fresh and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and a complete delight. The location was in the midst of the city center, yet super quiet. One of the most amazing travel experiences ever, a dream!

I can honestly say there is not a single thing that dissapointed me. Our stay was exceptional across the board- service, location, staff, cleanliness, comfort.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and gave exceptional service across the board. Breakfast was outstanding with many options including omlets. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The location could not have been more centrally located. We didn't have to walk far to the museums or Duomo and of course surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

The rooms next to the road were very loud and noisy. It was a small room. There was no USB charging plug. No coffee or tea in the room. Although the reception were sooooo nice. They made sure we had fresh coffee anytime we asked for it. So no complaints really

There is not one thing I can say that I did not like about this property

This was an amazing property with an amazing view. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a wonderful start to the day. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be right in the middle. It is in within walking distance of everything. Our family will definitely be going back.

if there was a negative, which I don’t think there was to this hotel, it would be that it is in the very beginning part of the medieval village. The advantages to that were the spectacular views of the Duomo from a slight distance away. The walk through the town took only five minutes to arrive at the Bell Tower, so truly this was a great place for us to stay. If I had a hard time with mobility, I may have preferred to have been closer to the tower or the Duomo.

Truly, nothing! They even offered some nice features not mentioned in the website, such as a help-yourself honor system bar that is available and well-equipped to suit the tastes of all guests.

Everything! The hotel has a beautifully-appointed historic charm, but with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the city from the patio/breakfast area is gorgeous! Gabriella, Maria Luisa and the rest of the staff were very friendly and hospitable, offering helpful hints and assistance with reservations for restaurants and other local services.

Nothing — we enjoyed everything.

The room had a stunning view of the center city and Duomo. There was a patio on our second floor room. The hostel has an elevator! The bed was very comfortable. Outlets were a bit sparse, but I had an extension cord along which helped. The staff is wonderful — very helpful and hospitable. Great continental breakfast in the morning.

There was nothing not to like

Wonderful old authentic property in the town with the best view from the terrace. Top quality furniture and utensils, silver, cut glass , linens. Wonderful staff , welcome and helpful. Excellent breakfast and honesty bar, added extras like sweetie bowls and nuts around.

Is not really a problem but do not use google maps or the car GPS, because you may get lost inside the no traffic zone of the city. Use Waze and you shall be fine.

Kindness of the staff, specially Gabriela, was one of the freares we ever seen in our trip to Europe. She helped us with everything and made all efforts soe we could enjoy our stay. We stayed in the room with the terrace facing the catedral. To be honest, I sited for 15 minute straight almost crying my eyes out for what I was seeing. Get this room and you will get one of the best views of a lifetime. Good breakfast.
