Only downside was the stairs/lift situation. The lift was tiny, so if you’re claustrophobic you will 100% have to use the stairs. We got used to it though and it was totally worth the view!

The private outdoor area and view of our room was so incredibly special. The whole place was clean and comfortable and it had two bathrooms which was a plus. Everything was modern and the mini bar was well stocked and free. The staff were also extremely friendly and the room got cleaned everyday. Highly recommend this place!

There was something wrong with de air conditioning in the bedrooms, it turn off and you have to turn them back on. We told the lady, but it was like that the whole stay. The are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment and the elevator is super tied, for us was ok but is really small if you are claustrophobic.

Very good location, a few blocks from the duomo. Nice apartment with everything you need, does not have a kitchen, but it has a mini fridge full of things included in the price, no the alcohol beverages. A supermarket across the street. They clean the apartment daily. The host was super attentive. Many restaurants nearby.

One thing to know is that there is an elevator but all the doors need to be closed in order for it to work. You also need to jiggle the key in order for it to work. Turn right and touch the floor #. Then you can take the key out.

It was a beautiful apartment that looked exactly like the photos. The hosts went above and beyond for me and my wife for our honeymoon. It was a perfect stay for 4 days in Florence. They even helped us call a taxi on the day of checkout.

Gorgeous building, room and well received by the hostess Donatella. Stunning views of the Duomo from the terrace, nice to relax and unwind after a busy day walking around Firenze. Highlights: Comfy, clean, mini bar, great location, 20mins from the train station walking.

Everything was wonderful, mini bar was stocked with all sort of goodies. View from the terrace is amazing. Room super clean, staff professional and very helpful with any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Nothing that I can recall. The lift was small but functional and I enjoyed the stairs. Beautiful old building renovated well.

The terrace was fantastic with stunning views. The apartment was more than I needed as a solo traveller but it was great to have the space for a 5 night stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. Great recommendations. Location was extremely convenient to everything and easy to access by taxi with luggage.

Couch in common area is very uncomfortable (please think of changing it). Maybe a larger refrigerator and add a microwave?

We loved everything!

We loved this property!! The location was fantastic. Close to everything. Our view of the city & mountains was spectacular! It was very clean and well appointed…and the host, Donatella was absolutely incredible! She helped us with everything we needed, no matter the time of day…and made dinner reservations for us that were superb!! She is truly wonderful…and made our stay absolutely perfection!

It’s hard to criticise anything about this place but I would say that the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and they could have been decorated better.

This apartment is utterly beautiful. So spacious and perfect for couples. There are two bathrooms, a spacious bedroom, a little dining area and a lovely terrace with a stunning view that is hard to believe when you first arrive. Donnatella could not have been more helpful or lovely when we arrived.

As many buildings in Florence, the elevator is not for the faint of heart. And the stairs are dark at night.

Nothing beats the terrace.. it will be one we will remember our whole lives. It made the stay in Florence extra special. Donatella and Naomi and the team were wonderfully helpful and attentive. Our AC had an issue one night, but they solved it the next morning. The snacks offerings was very kind. The daily cleaning service was great. The location is unbeatable.

We stayed in a 2bed 2bath apartment . We were 2 adults and 2 teen aged girls . It’s a bit confusing when the taxi dropped us we are supposed to press a buzzer . We could not find the entrance . I went up stairs and there was an old door locked . Then finally after 15-20 min a nice lady came down to get us . Turns out buzzer was not working and we had to call .U need a key to open that old door and the apartments are behind . there is a tiny elevator but if not there are a lot of stairs to get to the room as this was an old 15th century castle . It’s an exercise , But when u get to the room it’s a big contrast super nice newly renovated and updated . Feels like u are in a 5 star hotel that apt. we are back in the 21st century!! . A bit disappointing that there was no terrace or balcony as in the picture . I would ask before booking if u really need one. we stayed there 4 nights and it was very very comfortable . They also provide daily cleaning services. Donna is very nice and helpful and they left our little fridge stacked . Location is amazing right on the center of Florence very close to el duomo and within 15 min walk of all the attractions . There is a supermarket right underneath the building and laundry is very close by . Great restaurants within 1 -2 min walk . Overall we were very happy and recommend it

Pillows are memory foam - not to everyone's taste (not my favourite choice but they were fine for a few nights and I still slept very well in the comfortable bed).

Absolutely stunning apartment that exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with the roof terrace. The roof terrace is the jewel in the crown! A stunning view of the duomo which can be enjoyed from the outside seating/lounge area. Totally covered so could be enjoyed even when raining. Inside, the apartment is finished to a very high standard, very well equipped and very comfortable. Two bathrooms! Both with good showers. Very comfortable bed. Air con works well (and was much needed when we were there in 30°c temperatures!). The provision of a little fridge, coffee machine (nespresso) and kettle is very welcome. As a bonus there is a study area on a mezzanine floor, and also a clothes steamer if you were here on business. Two TVs if that's important. Wifi was reliable. Location is perfect, so close to everything but we heard limited noise when sat on the terrace, and no noise at all from the inside. Hosts Donatella and Naomi were fantastic - very quick to respond and so helpful with our queries. We cannot wait to visit again!

Speechless! An absolute 10/10! The rooftop view was spectacular! Such a beautiful and comfortable retreat. We had everything that we needed. Cosy robes and an equipped bar with wonderful snacks after a long day. Super magical and meticulously kept. Wonderful location . Highly recommend!
