no complaint, just good to know: the bathroom is quite small

We stayed in Florence for one night. The hotel was centrally located, a stone's throw from the cathedral. Federica welcomed us very warmly and friendly. The rooms were clean. We especially liked the small kitchen we could use. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. It can get very hot during the day, but in the evening you can comfortably enjoy the sunset and a drink above the city's rooftops. We also used the valet parking for €40. Everything worked smoothly. Breakfast was available at the sister hotel, which is just around the corner and offered a sufficient selection for €10.

The location is incredible with quick access to the duomo and the accademia. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning works very well.

The air conditioning of 430 was not enough for second floor

Nothing - it’s an old well kept building

Location was excellent - short walk from all the sites Rooms were lovely / comfortable and well decorated 👌 Free refreshments in the communal kitchen was a great idea and much appreciated ! Rooftop area was a bonus (although very hot !) to get away from the crowds and enjoy the views and a quiet drink.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Florence’s main attractions. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The real highlight was the rooftop terrace!!! With absolutely stunning views, especially at sunset. My family and I loved everything about our stay, Federica was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions and making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The shower door didn’t shut properly and it was quite a small cubicle, but functional and did the job.

Location is excellent. Rooftop is so special. Kitchen is really useful. The rooms are clean and had everything you need for city break. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.
