Very clean and well appointed unit. Massimo answered all the questions we had immediately and was so helpful with recommendations of restaurants and things to do. He made us feel very welcome! I can’t wait to come back to Florence and when I do, I will be staying at Massimo’s Residenza Olimpo City Center! Thank you, Massimo!

When arriving to Italy, I got a WhatsApp video in Italian and request to pay taxes through a suspicious link + to send our documents in order to get the keycode. It took us some time to confirm that it's all legit as most of the communication was via canned messages and gif animations from Massimo. Overall, it was efficient, so all good!

Location is excellent, Massimo was responsive and flexible. Room is as described, great two nights.

I really enjoyed my stay at Residenze Olimpio in central Florence. The location is excellent—right in the heart of this magnificent city. The place was very clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the free parking, which is a big plus in Florence.A special shoutout to Massimo, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions and requests. Even though we didn’t get the chance to meet him in person 😊, he was always kind and professional.If I had to mention one small suggestion for improvement: since everything else is so new and well-designed, updating the bathroom with a more modern style would make this residence truly top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again

The lift was not working on one occassion and we had to walk up the steps which was a bit of a problem for us Also I suppose not having the facilities like a bar/restaurant that you can go in at any time, but that wasn't a problem for us really.

This is not a negative, it was already informed during booking that the bathroom is separate in the entrance passage. Just to notify others about it and the bathroom is narrow. I would not suggest the room for longer stays and for taller people.

There was a bit of noise coming from nearby rooms with thin walls, but this was not a big problem and not dissimilar from other hotels. Guests were considerate of each other.

It was a perfect place to stay, the check in process was very efficient and as we arrived in the morning it was no problem to drop off our luggage before checkin time. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast at a nearby cafe was a great experience too.

It’s a tiny gripe but the curtains didn’t fully close and, as there was a street light directly outside, I had to wear an eye mask to sleep.

None of their fault, I should've read the facilities offered properly. Being advertised as apartment, I just assumed it had usual basic kitchen facilities; I was looking forward to enjoy breakfast from amazing fresh produce from the market. But no cutlery or little hob to get some eggs done. Also, I was disappointed with left luggage arrangements. They confirmed that I could leave the luggages with them for few hours after check out, but not understood that would be usual public (expensive) lockers.

The bathroom needs a bit of updating.

Great location near the main station and on the edge of Florence’s historic district. The decor of our room was very nice and the air conditioning unit was effective. There are niches touches like free bottles of water, and we enjoyed the breakfast (a croissant and drink) at a nearby pastry shop.

Communication with Massimo was completely smooth. The location of the accommodation is excellent. 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral. The Mercato centrale is also very close. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Water, tea and coffee were waiting ready. There is also a tiny fridge. The street is busy, but with the window closed the noise is not disturbing and even earplugs are included, very considerate. The bed is also comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby pasticcieria is fantastic.

Staying at this bed and breakfast in Florence was one of the highlights of my trip. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, atmosphere was perfect. What really made this place unforgettable, though, was the host. Warm, welcoming, and full of personality, they brought a unique charm to the experience that you just don’t find everywhere
