It was slightly away from the beautiful areas where most people go to dine and shop but about 15 min walk. It was near train station so area not quite as charming as the pedestrian shopping areas. My room was an interior room and very dark, cave-like, LED lighting very harsh to put make up on. But my companions room was with a view and was light.

Antonio the owner was very accessible and very helpful. Even carried our luggage up the 34 steps. It was walkable location to all sites. It was very clean. Bathroom and bed were comfortable. Lots of hot water.

The door was paper thin so I heard every time the neighbours used the locks

Everything was clean, the street wasn't too noisy and overall comfortable. I was there in autumn so I'm not sure what it would be like in summer.

The air condition- we like to have a breeze during the night, however, since the outside tempreture was 14 degrees celcuis one could only do it on heating mode. The inside was not cold and the windows are without nets. But overall it was great.

The owner is very helpful, he goes the extra mile to help. He also booked our taxi for the airport. He replied late to any of my queries. Comfortable, clean and cozy. I will ded recommend to others.

the neighbours were very noisy at 6 am, is it possible to advise people to be respectful and silent to one another or impose penalties in case of violating. this was very annoying

The room was a bit small and a bit dark, the lights did not lighten the whole room. We thought there would be blankets in bed from the photos, but actually there weren't. But it was also okay to sleep with the linen.

Close to train station, food store, center and theatre. Also we asked to be put on the lowest floor and the host filled our wish nicely. There was also mini fridge and kettle that we could use! Also AC and hairdryer, bathroom was very nice.

The host communicated with me directly during the entire stay, making sure we were comfortable, if we needed anything, gave us a list of recommended restaurants and everything.. Everything was absolutely perfect and super comfortable. I would recommend this place to anybody who is going to Parma.

The only thing I would say is the bathroom is pretty awkward, not a lot of room to use the toilet if you are tall or a bigger person as it's right next to the shower and a wall opposite it, but it was fine for a couple of days

Easy location to train station and town for walking. Nice and secure. Had a fridge and air con, clean and communication was easy.

Had some issues with the keys to the property. Didn't know how to lock the door and could have used more instructions on this since I locked other people out of the other units.

Bad sound isolation, quite noisy neighbours.

Very clean, cozy place in good location. Even though the room was small, but it fits everything you need and plenty space for one person. Helpfull owner, sent a list of restaurants and caffes for any meal you want.

In the mornings it was a little bit noisy because the windows of the room are connected to the staircase and you can hear other neighbours coming down with their kids in time for school. Other than that, perfect!

Great location, authentic building and feel due to the wooden beams in the room. Easy access with self check-in and the place offers all facilities you need.

Room a little small and window gives over central "courtyard well" but fine for short stay. Nowhere to leave luggage after check out.

Breakfast provided at bar next door was fine. Super clean bathroom. Good walking distance to centre of Parma (10-15 mins). Good communication with owners about self-check in (key box). Nice to have a fridge.
