It is just a suggestion. We did not understand from the booking that this was an airbnb in a big building. It would be good to make it clear as some people might prefer to stay in a hotel with 24/7 reception.

The hosts were so kind and they really care about their guests. We did not want cleaning one day and we forgot to ask for the toilet paper. Then I sent a message asking if we can find it somewhere as we ran out of it. It was not possible but then when I came to the room, I saw that they came just for us and left the toilet paper to our door. Room was very clean, smelling fresh and the sheets and towels were also very clean. There are fresh flowers in the common area every day which I loved. The breakfast was also very nicely thought!

Residenza B is a wonderful place to stay. There are 4 rooms and breakfast area in a secure and quiet part of a larger building. The breakfast was excellent. There is coffee and tea and cookies available all day. Bedding was luxurious and decor beautifully done. It has the feel of a 5 star hotel. The view from the window is of a green area and restaurant. It’s very quiet and placed conveniently just blocks away from restaurants. Staff was wonderful. We will be back.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. It was the perfect stay. Luxurious and so clean, with all the little added extras in the room,. Breakfast was delicious. It's situated in a perfect spot, about 10 - 15min walk to the spanish steps and not too far from the centre. I look forward to staying there again

This was the perfect stay. Camillo and his team made us feel so welcome. The room was made spotless every day and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We asked Camillo to book a special meal for our anniversary and he found the perfect restaurant. The location was perfect for exploring all the main sights - highly recommended.

This accommodation is just so beautiful. On arrival, the wonderful Fabio was there to great us and show us to our room. The room is stunning, spacious and the bed so comfortable. The mini fridge is stocked with drinks and snacks which were replenished everyday at no extra charge. The bathroom is beautiful and the toiletries provided really good. Breakfast was included with our stay which was amazing. Everything was so beautifully presented and very delicious. And I can definitely say that Fabio makes a great cappuccino. The accommodation is well located with a short walk down to the Trevi Fountain and other landmarks as well as lots of restaurants and delicious gelato. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay.

I truly cannot think of a single thing. We traveled with extended family, and the elevator was such an appreciated feature.

What an exquisite experience! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, the team at Residenza B went above and beyond to provide a customer-focused, luxury experience. If you've been lucky enough to find Residenza B in your search, this is the place. No detail was spared. From the exquisite thread-count sheets to the Ortigia bathroom products to the coffee and tea always available in the sitting room, the owners thought of everything. My husband and I have had the fortune of traveling to some beautiful properties, and this may be one of the cleanest and most thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our return.

It took a minute to find inside the building. It is subtly marked inside number 4. Left side, second floor then left and a short right. Residenza B is on the carpet. No sign! What initially made it a little hard to find also made it quiet, secure and a lovely place to stay. So really no negatives.

Exceptionally clean. The house manager, Fabio, was fantastic. He makes great coffee and took really good care of us. The location was great. The neighborhood is a restricted zone because the presidential residence , embassies & homes other dignitaries are in the area. May be the most secure in the city. Close to attractions in historic district. Pretty easy walk to Trevi etc. The room was very comfortable. Bedding, pillows etc were high quality.
