The staff was very accommodating. Clean, great location, good breakfast.

Nice hotel, excellent location, very friendly and good personnel.

At some moments there was a smell of the sewage system; not in the room, but on the stairs and in the corridor. Small elevator and many stairs.

The common parts are extremely uncomfortable to navigate with luggage.

The hotel was in a great location with only a short walk to the main attractions. The room was very spacious and clean. We were well looked after as the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Location was excellent, rooms were a great size and spotless. Big shower and all amenities covered. Staff were extremely friendly , helpful and nothing was too much bother. Easily the nicest place we have stayed in Florence , and we have been multiple times. Thanks Andrea a great stay !! From all Dominic’s family !

Nothing , will stay again

The property was very comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very well located in Firenze, close to all points of interest (less than a 5-minute walk to the Uffizi Museum or the Duomo di Firenze). The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, copious and the cakes are homemade. The hotel staff are very kind, courteous and friendly, and will help you make the most of your stay in Firenze

A little noise in the evening in the street because there are restaurants next to the hotel. But at 11pm, there's no more noise, so it's not really disturbing.

Location was central. Lots of space. Liked the extra loft space.

Walls are thin. We can hear our neighbors when they talk.

Staff were very kind and friendly. The room and bathroom was very clean. King sized bed was very big enough to two people and very confortable. Breakfast was fresh and many kinds of plate, eggs, cheeses, ham and bread. It was the most wonderful hotel that I have ever stayed.

This room was a GEM! Absolutely amazing location in the middle of Florence right by the river, super comfy beds, air conditioning worked so well, very friendly staff (and very accommodating! my friend was sick during travel and they were kind and attentive about it). I walked out the front door and spent hours siteseeing, and once the peak times passed I felt like I had some streets to myself to just stroll and enjoy (as a solo female traveler- felt very safe the whole time, have to go through THREE locked doors to get into the room!). Location can't be beat, and again- those COMFY beds :D

I would only warn there are stairs to climb to get to the room (but they are so worth it)- BUT they do have a little 1-2 person elevator too so it is accessible! I did not mind them at all but just thinking of people who may need accommodations.

Fantastic location in the city but very quiet. Lovely size and very clean.

Location was terrific. Lots of space also as we stayed in the unit across the street. Big fridge for food and drinks
