No ketle for a cup of tea, had to boil water in a pan, but not a deal breaker, there was a coffee pot.

Lacked a little 'soul' - no pictures on the wall or anything - just functional. Floorboards creaked if you got up in the night. Some noise from the main road, which didn't really bother us, but might do for some.

Very comfortable bed with firm memory-foam mattress. Plenty of space in the room for 3. Great location on the edge of the old town but only 10 mins walk from the train station. Clean and spacious bathroom. Small supermarket just down the road. Use of a communal kitchen (which I don't remember reading about in the listing), but you could cook if you wanted to.

The street outside the window was quite busy as it's on of the few going to the ancient city part. Wasn't overly bad, but might be concern for those sensitive to the quiet of the night.

2 main things I look for: bed length as I'm tall - decent as my feet did not dangle off it by a great length, shower - functioning, not leaking and good water pressure. Other features that stood out: great location (10 mins to Arena by foot), spacious room, plenty of places to eat nearby.

We liked everything. Just be aware that the room is located inside an apartment on the second floor. (no lift) There is a a share kitchen all nice and clean.

Wonderful location, 10 minutes walk to the area and city. Great facilities and cleaness. Host really attentive and ready to answer straight away. Highly recommended! The parking is 7 minutes away by foot.

Apartment was perfect location and its excaly what you see .. the host so lovely any questions I had he was so helpful... taxi from here to airport was 26e on radio taxis verona... Felt very safe in the area and apartment was very clean.

The room we had (n°2) is not well insulated against the noise from the street.

Well organised property - It is clean, fresh towels are there, you receive the right information at the right moment from the owners. Free parking is a few minutes away and places to see are close by as well.

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and the bathroom is super small, the toilet and sink are low making it uncomfortable for taller persons. Can improve the cleaning of the stone walls as theres spider webs.

Room very clean and big, exactly as shown in the pictures, a nice veranda balcony, plenty of wardrobe space, large and shiny bathroom, plenty of toiletries and towels provided (and even more given - for free - upon request), kitchen spotless and very well equipped, wi-fi perfect, mini fridge in the room (in addition to the one in the kitchen), table with chairs in the room (in addition to those in the kitchen), smooth and great communication, very safe area in the city centre, literally a few steps from Castelvecchio and Ponte Scaligero. The host Andrea was so helpful and customer-focused from the very beginning, but he went beyond expectations when we had a medical issue during our stay, being so supportive and doing his best to meet our needs. He is the kind of host that anyone would like to have.

The floor is wooden and it is noisy when you walk on it. Also, if your room has a road view can be noisy from the cars, we had also noisy neighbours so earplugs are always a nice thing to have while travelling!

Our room was spacious and clean! The location is great close to the station and to the city center, next to Castelvecchio. There are restaurants, bakery and market really close. The host sends the instructions for the check in with WhatsApp and they are really helpful.

These types of rental only ever have 3 pillows ???? Being run on a more commercial than personal basis, there were no tea or coffee making facilities or supplies.

Loved the location, the old building and especially the parquet floors.
