The elevator seemed old and with the noise it was making going up/down, we felt uncomfortable using it. The breakfast was okay, but could be more varied.

The brekafast was a bit stingy, with the staff very much watching how much one took. We weren't in high tourist season, so I don't know how the single windows would cope with more crowds on the street. It's true that the mattresses are very much on the firm side.

The room was perfect for our two night stay of two adults and two kids. We had four single beds and we fitted fine into the room. It was located on the top floor, so nice and free from noise from other guests. The location is absolutely ideal. I'm very fussy about noise and it was handy to be just off the main touist areas, but close enough to everything to be able to explore the city wonderfully easily. The breakfast was good, in a really nice setting, and with even gluten and dairy free options.

The courtyard room is small and dark, with a window into a courtyard that gets very busy. No ventilation in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, the room is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they put us into another room for our second night. The first room in the courtyard was very claustrophobic and we asked to accommodated in a better room.

It is a perfect location to see the historic town of Mantua. Our room had a beautiful view of the piazza. The room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. The service for check in was excellent, including communication regarding parking in the area. Thank you for making us welcome and providing a great service and room.

The breakfast was disappointing. The lady at breakfast seemed really uninterested. The variety is ok, but nothing more. Only toast available, no fresh bread. Only one variety of cheese and this was on the same plate (with only one tool to take it) as the meat (not really nice as a vegetarian). Most of the fruits had brown spots.

The location is great, as it is really central. The room is basic, but has everything you need. Coffee at breakfast was good.

Unfortunately Bed Bugs! I got bitten overnight in arm, leg and face, even so everything looked very clean in the room. I thought only France it affected. It would have been nice to at least hear some apologies from the hotel. Instead they said all is clean…

Very good location. Room was quite small but ok for a night or two. Heating was excessive in room and not able to lower temperature on the radiator so kept window open. We were accommodated in main hotel not residence so our room looked very different to beamed ceilings shown in listing. We were able to park near hotel with a 5 euro voucher from reception. Good breakfast available for 9 euros .

The wonderful young lady at reception was very helpfull as a loud buzzing noise kept me awake, she gave me a bigger and quiet room immediately – though it was near midnight when i complained.
