The pillows are really hard. They need an update - otherwise the room was good. Sound insulation is not great but they offer ear plugs.

So close to termini if you are there for a short stay. A 2 minute walk. Clean , nice room. Very pleasant. Good little communal area to grab a coffee and water and a very light snack.

This is my new "go-to" for quick trips in/out of Rome and when I need to be close to the station. Very close / easy walk. Easy to get in/out of the building. Nice and fairly big room for Rome standards.

I stayed here in July. The location is very convenient, especially for a short stay in Rome. It's close to the central train station, with tram and bus stops just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, and many historical landmarks are within walking distance. The room fully matches the description and has everything you might need. The bed was very, very, very comfortable, with fresh, clean linens. Special thanks to the reception team — they provided clear and quick instructions for self check-in, gave me a city map, suggested great routes to attractions, and marked everything I needed. Truly attentive and helpful people! I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and stay here again if I pass through Rome.

As I had a 24-hour layover I was looking for an opportunity to spend time in Rome rather than sleep at the airport. I had done some research the day before to see if there were opportunities around Termini. General reports of the area I discovered say some locations are not well kept and have misleading details. However, after data mining booking.com's site I discovered this little gem. Rather than book the day before I waited until I arrived at the airport. I sat down across from the train ticket machine, connected to the airports free Wi-Fi and booked the room. As I had booked around 2:45PM I called the hotel number provided by booking.com to make sure I could check-in. This was a mistake as not moments after I dialed the number I received communication from the host agent via WhatsApp. Communication was rapid, clear and concise and provided everything I required to navigate and enter the property, locate the room and is entirely a contactless experience. The room has everything you need if you decide to leave your bags at the airport, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer, fridge and cold AC. I did hear guests in the adjacent room talking if not muffled and trams can be heard rumbling by. However, I had no issues sleeping and beyond the posted quiet periods slept well and woke rested. This facility is within a multi-host building conversion on the second floor via a stairwell. Reception is down the hall at the end and this is where bags can be dropped and the host agent is security. To be clear this is entirely contactless, while it appears instructions were also posted via email and booking.com, WhatsApp is a far simpler way to communicate with the host agent. If needed you can still download WhatsApp at the airport and begin your journey, the WhatsApp number must be the same as the number entered via the reservation.

I got a little confused on how to exit the place. I didn't really notice the door we came in looked like an emergency exit so was a little worried to open it in case an alarm went off. Very minor though.

It was close to the train station (two blocks) and had a lot of restaurants close by. The place was very clean and spacious. We didn't feel the area was sketchy (even at 4 in the morning) like other train stations but I wouldn't hang out around there for too long.

The mini bar fridge wasn't really doing its job but there was a fridge in the common area and I could leave my breakfast stuff in it.

It was my second time staying at this place. Great location, 2 minutes from the Termini train station. It was easy to find and access. The family room (with two full beds) was huge and very comfortable. The tea and kettle in the room were a plus. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. WiFi worked well and so did the AC. Great value for the money.

Location is perfect, could not be any better, right in the center. Most of sightseeings in walking distance. Little bakeries, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets - all there. Perfect connection with Fiumicino Airport. Train every 15 min from Roma Termini station, which is 1 min walk from the property. The host Mauro is super helpful and friendly!
