The rooms were tidy and well decorated, had all necessities to stay comfortably, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, it also has a parking system which i found very useful and was relieved to see.

Super and quiet location, breathtaking view, huge terasse, friendly host, clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, very affordable price.

Old and outdated kitchen (noisy fridge, poorly equipped kitchen, old and slow cooking plates). Be aware no staff in the building, and the keys needs to be collected at other location.

The location was Nice ,but after we regreted...

Old and tough smell on the place... The house have to be renovated soon as possibel! All inside the room was old.. Stiff bads,broken floor.. Fridge old and not working.. Tv oooold...and ugly... Waist of money... I have no words tu describe more.. Do not rent this out just in case of emergency!

The landlord was super understanding! Me and my friends just finished our road trip that day and we didn't manage to reach the check-in place before the designated timing. Because there was thunderstorm that night so we have to drive slowly. The landlord was really understanding and allow us to sleep in the room that night first and let us complete our check-in tomorrow morning. Also, from the room you can see breathtaking scenery directly out of the window.

We were told to check-in at another hotel which is a few kilometers away from where we staying, but luckily we were travelling by car so that was not a serious problem. There will be smell of stinks from nature and some bugs coming from outside intermittently.

The kitchen wasn't clean, and it misses some essentials like garbage bags, wine opener, coffee... Not all bads are good. The terrace wasn't clean.

The surrounding area is really nice. We arrived quite late and luckily the host was very accommodating. The room was comfortable for our group of friends and there's a coffee bar downstairs that open in the morning too!

Only the view

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room we received was significantly different from the photos displayed on the Booking portal—although this may not apply to all rooms. Our room had serious drainage issues in the bathroom. The toilet was unusable as it nearly overflowed every time we flushed. Traveling with a child made this situation particularly difficult. We attempted to contact the host but were unable to reach them until the following morning at 9:51 AM. We had initially booked the hotel for two nights, but due to the unlivable conditions, we checked out after just one night and had to secure alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. Despite this being a clear responsibility of the hotel management, they did not offer any compensation or even a partial refund, which was disappointing and felt unethical. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were outdated, with rusty cooking tops, further detracting from our experience. Based on our stay, we cannot recommend this hotel, despite its high ratings. Prospective guests should book with caution.
