Welcoming and friendly staff. The apartment was spotless with balcony and table/chairs with view of the lake and Como. Within 5 minutes from supermarket. Private parking. Great breakfast with both sweet and savoury buffet. The road below is loud but the view and quality of the room make up for it given the price. Highly recommend.

No housekeeping for 3 nights so bins not emptied no fresh towels or resupply of bathroom supplies Piera lovely and very helpful I’m sure if we had asked this could have been addressed. Sold as view of the lake .. a stretch you could see a very small section of the lake Cannot check in earlier or drop luggage

The apartment had just about everything for a pleasant stay. A little out of town but directions given for the bus helpful and the walk into Como was excellent all provided by Piera receptionist A small option for breakfast but enough fresh coffee served was a great touch !

Ursula and her sons were wonderful hosts. Ursula kept in touch with me weeks ahead of time and helped me with dinner reservations in a town that I wasn't even going to be in until after i left Rome. Her son checked us in and gave us all kinds of hints regarding Rome, restaurants and taxi scams. We had a gift of wine and Prosecco waiting for us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the location was in the heart of Trevastere, with dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was do it yourself with a full fridge and very generous pantry. We didn't actually meet Ursula until our last night and she greeted us with hugs and offering us free alcohol for the night. This was a fantastic stay and a perfect way to enjoy Rome. I give it 11 out of 10

Road was a little noisy but everything else was great

The room was very clean and sizeable with excellent facilities. The staff were super friendly and very helpful Continental breakfast was good with a nice variety There is a supermarket close by and the no7 bus takes you into Como in no time

The airconditioning did not work, and with the busy road beneath the balcony it got very warm in the room during the night

The bed was amazing, and love the view over de Mountains and Lake como (if you have rooms 23, 24, 33 and 34.)

This could not be helped as air con broken whilst we there but slept badly as too hot and too noisy with windows open . This was a shame as otherwise perfect stay and could have been most comfortable sleep we had had in Italy !

It was clean and staff friendly and communicated well Lovely view of lake como . We worried we were too far out but bus 1 or 7 was always super easy to get from road outside and really cheap and quick . Breakfast was basic but good and lovely coffee ! The bed was comfy and bathroom and shower great

I stayed here during a business trip to Como and was very pleased with the accommodation. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was especially beautiful — a great bonus after a long working day. Definitely recommend!

It was a very nice comfortable place to stay ! Very clean rooms with everything needed inside. View over the lake ✨ We were very satisfied ! The breakfast could be a bit more various but still, everything was good and tasty. Highly recommended !

The mattress was on the hard side. The room is facing the main road so it gets quite noisy.

The room is big. The nightly rate was very good. Staff was nice and overall room was clean. The location was good for us because we had a car. I don't know how suitable is for someone else.
