Unfortunately the water smells a bit but it is in the entire area because of the local spring. to get there you need to cross an industrial area that is a little bit a pity

It is located next to highway so I would reccomend to book a room for internal view.

We didn't like the attitude of the lady who was suppose to supervise the breakfast. Although they have a very nice restaurant she forbids clients to stay in the window area and sends them in a corner near a toilet. I don't understand why you should arrange the tables for lunch in the breakfast time instead of allowing clients to enjoy your premises. We arrived at the breakfast one day one day at 9 o'clock (it was open until 10). There were a type of ham, one type of cheese, one spoon of omlet and 2 pieces of bacon, fruits and sweet treats ! The lady supervising the area ignored us and didn't offer anything. After us, some italian people came and she offered to prepare some eggs for them, assuming that we don't understand italian- it was very rood!!! Also, what seemd very strange to us is was that you have one glass on your breakfast table and it is the only one you can use. So...if you drink milk you can't have water or juice....another way to cut costs!!!!

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are big. The young man from the reception was really nice and helpful even if we check in at midnight. The food from the breakfast is of good quality even if there are few choices and the coffee and chocolate croissants are great.

The staff was very friendly when realized that they went out from scrambled eggs however I had no more time to wait for that. My room was close to the gym that's why I woke up that somebody started his exercises.

Not for people on vacation, nothing to do very poor location in middle of industrial area, nearest small village to have meals is about 20 km. Don't recommend this for travellers on vacation or without own transport Only positive is the friendly staff.

Accommodation beyond expectations, especially for Italy - I'll be sleeping here from now on when I'm in the area! An ideal place if you are visiting Venice or traveling through Italy. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the bar not available in the afternoon to get a coffee or other hot/cold drink. When the bar did open early evening we wanted to sit outside but they had to unlock the door to let us out. Wi-fi very patchy sitting outside the bar even though there are many tables and chairs out there for guests. No information in the rooms regarding bar opening time, restaurant etc. We were told about breakfast times at check-in and we asked what time the restaurant opens for dinner but after a long day travelling we quickly forgot and with no information in the room it was guess work until we found it all in the lift! 🤔 Bed comfy but we only each had one very soft pillow. Also bedding not sufficient and I was cold as no extra blanket in the room. Usually one can find extra pillows and a blanket on the wardrobe but none. I ended up putting a towel on top of the bed and turning up the heating! Breakfast. We entered and the man from reception was at the bar area. He said good morning, then picked up his paperwork and walked away. No greeting and no idea where we should sit or what we should do. As we were first to arrive we seated ourselves then headed to the buffet area to begin serving ourselves. A member of serving staff then rushed over to tell us we were using the wrong serving utensils and followed us to every serving station watching what we were doing which made me feel uncomfortable so I went back to the table without much on my plate. Room although generally clean and comfy - there was a large brown stain on the floor and although it clearly says no smoking in the room there were what appear to be 2 cigarette burns on the carpet. See photos which are both in the bedroom.

The bathroom was lovely, big and modern. The bed was comfortable and large.

Geographical position and transportation

The hotel was good and the personel very helpful , room very clean, however, you need a car to stay in this hotel, the bus stop is 2km from the hotel and there is only one bus every 02 til 03 hours to Legnago which is 08 km from the Hotel.
