It is not really feasible to walk down to Malcesine as the walk is too long so you have to drive everywhere. We were next door to a rude German guest but this is not the hotels fault!

The hotel is really nice with plenty to entertain children and staff we’re all friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a vast choice!

Wonderful location with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, stunning views, everything very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful – the brother and sister working as waiters and the barman were always smiling and welcoming. Delicious food as well! At the end of our stay we received a lovely surprise from the hosts – a beautiful calendar for next year with stunning photos of Malcesine and Lake Garda. Truly a wonderful gesture! We highly recommend visiting this place.

The pool was a bit cold but it probably gets warmer during the summer.

I loved the view and the breakfast. In the evening it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious for 3 Person junior suite. There was a nice waiter working in breakfast, we had a chat and he was interested where we are from etc. Also there was a nice young waiter working at the breakfast, was nice to have a chat with him, which is not common in north italy.

Nice view from the terrace 400m (~1300 feet) above lake Garda. There was large variety of food for breakfast. There is an outdoor pool, at summer it can be good. The toilet was separated from the bathroom.

The rooms are very comfortable, great view from the terrace, comfortable beds. We loved, that the room was big. With the separate entrance zone. The breakfasts were fantastic!

Very spacious, west-facing double room with large balcony (2 sun beds plus table & chairs). Extensive dinner & breakfast menu as well as a pizzeria. Large swimming pool, an all weather tennis court, table tennis, large lawned grounds. Quiet location. 250m climb above the hustle & bustle of pretty Malcesine. Car recommended.

Nothing but bear in mind the hotel is quite a drive up very narrow roads from the lake and walking is not practical.

For us, it was a little too far to visit areas such as Venice, verona, Mantua, outside of the lake. But we were travelling with an elderly person, and this probably wouldn't have been much of an issue otherwise. A car is a must to travel anywhere.

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and completely at your disposal. We loved them all. Incredible choice at breakfast, with gluten free options available for all meals. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Shower was fab! Views were amazing! I can still see them now. Wonderful base to visit the beautiful towns and villages on the lake. We would recommend and would stay again.

The rooms was not cleaned properly ,sometimes the maid forgets to take the trash from the terrace or the bathroom. She forgets to refill the toiletries or change the towels. We were going to ask her and it was ok. In some places there are traces of spiders. Something should be put at the entrance from the terrace against insects, mosquitoes that enter the room (you are surrounded by the forest !!!) A little confusing to get there by GPS.

Amazing views , the rooms are huge, the bathroom as well , new furniture, new floor, a big terrace were you can enjoy to eat. Towels in a very good condition ( new and very well washed) and was changed every day. Good toiletries and if ask them , they provided more. Very good choices at breakfast, including prosecco .A lot space to park your car. Very quiet area.

The scenery from this hotel is truly stunning. Breakfast buffet was vast, staff very friendly. I can't find a single fault to say about this property. It is a gem in the mountains. We can't wait to go back!

I felt like the offer of the restaurant during the evening could be improved in terms of food quality but everything was more than acceptable, especially for families.

Lovely hotel in the mountains but super close to the city centre. Lots of paths and activities around it even without the car. The room size was bigger than expected and completely renewed. A special mention of the cleanliness, excellent. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with both salty and sweet options. A great thing is they welcome dogs :)

Location, room, breakfast & grounds/pool were excellent but it was 38 degrees & the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It just kept the temp at 28 degrees. They wouldn’t believe us that it wasn’t working so my 2 children & I had to sleep with the hallway door open for 2 nights to get some air flow. I was surprised how unwilling they were to believe us & fix the problem for the price of the accommodation.
