Dear Guest, I am sorry to learn that, in your opinion, my guest house was “like a prison.” Words that reveal more superficiality than genuine objectivity. I am not sure what you did not like: perhaps the two flights of stairs (clearly stated in the Booking description) or the fact that you were unable to switch on a simple light switch on the condominium stairway? These are details that are obviously beyond my control. You also mentioned that the location of the guest house was terrible — I would really like to know in what way. We are right in the city center; you can easily reach everything on foot without effort. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, the local market, and much more. So how can you possibly say the location was terrible? Upon your arrival, I explained in detail how the rooms work. You assured me, with a certain air of condescension, that you understood everything… only to then do the exact opposite. For example, leaving the air conditioning on when leaving the room, despite my explicit request to turn it off. A score of 1 out of 10 is equivalent to saying it would have been better to sleep on the street. Yet I saw you leave with a smile, telling me you had slept very well. If there had been real problems, you could have told me: I would have done my best to solve them. Perhaps you were expecting a hotel. In reality, as clearly stated, you booked a simple — but extremely affordable and strategically located — guest house, ideal for exploring the city on foot. It is easy to discredit someone’s work, but doing so after receiving attention and availability says far more about you than it does about me.

Hi, I have read your review and I’m sorry to see such a low rating for aspects that were clearly stated at the time of booking. For instance, it is transparently specified that the property does not have an elevator. Despite this, I personally took care of carrying your luggage — heavy by your own choice — even though this is not a service we are obliged to provide. As for breakfast, we offer a daily selection of fresh and varied items (croissants, yogurt, jams, coffee, juices, etc.), entirely in line with what is expected from a B&B. Expecting hotel-level standards while paying B&B rates is simply not a fair evaluation. Finally, city services (such as taxis) are beyond our control, and I believe it is unfair to penalize our structure for external issues for which we are not responsible. We always welcome feedback with respect, but we also believe in the importance of fairness and consistency in reviews. Best regards,
