We spent a few days at this aparthotel with our 2-year-old daughter and it was a fantastic experience. The residence is stylish, welcoming, and decorated with great taste – nothing generic, everything feels carefully thought out and comfortable. Our apartment was spotless, very well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens. The staff went above and beyond: they prepared a special baby welcome pack with a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub, and even a small gift for our daughter – such a kind and thoughtful detail. The large gardens are truly beautiful and create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or enjoying family time outdoors. There is also a children’s play area, which our daughter loved, adding to the family-friendly vibe of the place. Check-in and check-out were handled with great flexibility, something we really appreciated. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and enjoyed every moment of our stay. A heartfelt thanks to the reception team, and especially to Astrid, whose kindness and attention to detail made everything even more special. We’ll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Europe!

Bathroom quality and standard was below our expectations. Also, the last day a lot of ants appeared in the kitchen. We didn't report it, because it was the last day only, but it was not comfortable.

Very friendly staff, spacious apartment with all necessary facilities, quiet neighbourhood, great and comfortable kitchen with big table and sofa, comfortable beds! Also, no problem with parking. It was really great! We appreciate our stay a lot!

The noise from neighbouring apartments was loud, we were between 2 families with very noisy children lots of screaming even around midnight.

The kitchen was well equipped, everything was very clean. It was spacious.

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't an oven in the apt, and we had to pay €15 for linen and towels/ per person.

I liked everything, super clean, loads of space, huge green area for barbecue, and the kids to run around. Staff were really efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Location to the beaches if you did not have a car then it’s a 35 min walk as there is a river spectating the town and beaches with only two bridges to cross it and a busy main road to walk down . If the town built a third wooden bridge as a shorter way from the property which is easily accessible through the grassed areas then it would be perfect.

Everything was perfect! Nice layout with great facilities. Every apartment has a terrace where we took breakfast every morning. We stayed there in the beginning of June so it was quite and we didn't face any problem with the parking. The apartments are located around 1 km from the centre of San Teodoro where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

We were met promptly when we arrived at reception and taken to our apartment by Ezio! He was so helpful and even booked us a taxi back to the airport for our return home. He was very understanding when we called about a slightly later checkin and was very accommodating towards that and everything else we could have needed. Lovely apartment, nice and spacious with all the facilities you could have needed.

One of the beds was squeaky and neede to be maintained, but hopefully got fixed already. The wifi speed and reach could have been a better.

Owner also gave us a temporary apartment we could stay in since we arrived much early than the check-in time. Very kind of them. The apartment itself was great, very spacious with a lovely garden and very nice location. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The hosts demanded greater price than what was announced on booking. The xplanation was that the lower price was without bed sheets. I told them I had bed sheets but they still charged more than the booking price.
