Unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable (all of them - a sofa, a double bed and a bunk bed). Ants in the apartment. Dangerous exit to the road - poor visibility. Breakfast was quite limited, basic and repetitive.

A spacious apartment with a wonderful view. Great outdoor facilities (sunbeds, swimming pools). There's a nice restaurant right next to the place. Quite clean. Nice staff.

1. We had an apartment with lake view and the bedroom was nothing like the one in the picture. Grey, dark, with a window pointing to a concrete wall half a meter away, with just a bed and some ugly shelves mounted on the wall. It even had only one bed table and light. I felt cheated, since they claimed that the pictures in booking.com 'are from another apartment in the same category' and the ones they show from the property are all from a delux apartment so you might get something very different than expected. 2. There are not enough parking spots. If you are one of the last ones to arrive you end up having to drive around steep streets to find parking somewhere else. 3. Checkout 9 am!!! Despite you can first check in at 4 pm you get sent warning emails to leave the apartment at 9 am latest. I have never seen this anywhere else and we travel a lot, you are paying for the night but you have to set an alarm clock in your holidays to leave in time. 4. 4 floors of stairs from the parking lot to the apartment. 5. Unfriendly staff. Some were super nice and friendly, but some others even rude. With a very little effort they could make people have an amazing stay but it felt like they don't care.

There were just a couple of small drawbacks. The check-in time frame (only from 16:00 to 19:00) felt quite narrow and not ideal for families arriving from a longer journey. Also, breakfast could be more varied, especially for guests staying several days.

Our family stayed at Residence Ruculì for 7 nights, and overall it was a truly enjoyable experience. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — a beautiful panoramic sight of Lake Garda that we looked forward to every morning and evening. The room was comfortable and well-kept, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality of the restaurant staff. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, making each dinner feel special. The food was delicious, with a good variety and high quality.

There was no daily cleaning service in rooms or it didnt informed for us. There was seperate fee If you needed a New towels for example.

The place and sights were outstanding, but the Hotel is located quite high on the hills. I recommend to use a car If you want to move around the Garda.

The bathroom had ants, reception gave us ant killer but it never worked. Property is in a small mountain town, impossible to get to without a car, property needs a shop or at least somewhere to buy a drink or an ice cream is essential.

Indoor pool was too cold. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Staff in restaurant could be more welcoming and maybe smile from time to time. First time that I had to bring my own toilet paper... I also do not like it when I have to get rid of trash and recycling by myself, departure with young children is usually stressful enough..

Kids loved the playroom and outdoor playground. Both small but good for younger children. View was great and pool must be nice when it is hot.

There is no microwave, no soap in the bathroom, no shampooing, no hair dryer.

Excelent location, nice and clean apartment, beautiful view from our balcony. Two nice swimming pool with great views.. Good breakfast. The restaurant is excelent, good meals, prompt service.

There is no air conditioner. Although you can get a fan at the reception, it was still hot to sleep 😴

Personal preference: special smoking area would have been better. People were smoking everywhere. At the restaurant, at the pool and I went to have fresh air not smoke. Especially being a place for families they shouldn’t inhale smoke. I just felt smoking was disrespectful for non-smokers. They should take that in consideration to make a special corner for smokers to avoid those who don’t smoke

Check-out times are rather early. Not the most modern facilities but totally acceptable at the price point!

Great location with fabulous views of Lake Garda. Clean, spacious and comfortable room/apartment. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast and great dinner options at the restaurant. Free transport to the Tignale beach with the included Tignale card.

The location would only be accessible if you had a hire car and wanted to explore the towns around. You would be very isolated without the option of transport here. The walls were fairly thin but being a quiet hotel after 10pm this was absolutely fine and had a lovely nights sleep. The town itself is very small so if your wanting activities you would need to venture out to other locations but the lake itself has so many beautiful places to see.

The views were amazing, the pool was lovely and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was good there are so many choices of pizza! Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! Tignale has a castle/church at the very top (big hike) but the views are outstanding! For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations.
