Really nice place, absolutely recommend.

close to Marmolada. we liked that the location was clean, not very crowded, amazing views and staff was great, they even changed one bed mattress because one friend needed a more firm one

the distance to Cortina but if you have a car you can do it in one hour. has nothing to do with the host that was very kind and responsive to our demands

Top location next to the cable car to Marmolada just 5 minute walk.

The location of the accommodation is perfect for all the famous hiking trails in the Dolomites. The equipment is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the bed is very comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine were a huge help after long hikes. If you don’t insist on a four-star hotel while hiking in the Dolomites, and you don’t mind that one of the beds is in the kitchen, then in terms of value for money this is the best accommodation in the area.

Oven doesn't worked, the only indication for that is a paper in italian language placed inside the oven. So we noticed only that time when we bought everything for baking. Probably that old building is exhausted from that many electric device :D

Great location and we were provided with some ideas for things to do nearby at the front desk. Somewhat cheaper than most properties nearby.

The room always smelled weird, like damp wood or old furniture. There were no fan or window in the bathroom. We werent provided with enough trash cans for all types of recycling thar is required in italy. Check in was hard to find. The beds were not very comfortable.

It's Okay for a one-night stand.

The place needs a serious renovation. Oven and cooking plates were simply not functioning at all. The bedroom is very small for 4 beds. Wifi is quite poor. Be aware the reception is at another place.

The location was very quiet. Close to Marmolada cable car station. We requested for iron and the owner provided it.

This apartment is suitable for those wanting to go to Marmolada and for those who appreciate very quiet environment. Otherwise, it is very far from everything. We stayed there because we planned to go up the Marmolada, but unfortunately the weather was too cloudy so we postpone the trip but went to Passo Giau instead, and came back the next day.

A quiet place, close to the Marmolada lift, and they allowed us to leave our car after checking out. The oven was excellent, and we baked some fish we bought at the supermarket on our way there.

We had great three nights in this apartment. Location of the accommodation was perfect because of the easy access to many sightseeing spots like access to the cable car to reach the top of Marmolada mountain, short ride to other mountains and lakes. Staff was very friendly, especially, Gino helped us with all our questions and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very large and very clean. We would definitely come back here again in the future.

There is no reception in this residence and some guests were very noisy during the night.

We booked for a room in an hotel and we got an appartment with lockers with chain and locks, sleeping in a sofa-bed, with personal belongings of others around. Small pet sized shower. Kitchen without microwave.
