Lovely authentic place with great sweet staff. Appartment was nice with sea view, all is a little dated. Only sweet breakfast, we craved Some more healthy options. And please use real forks/knives and plates instead of the throw away alternatives. But the staff and the super warm atmosphere is beyond nice and made the stay memorable

We thought the kitchen had limited cooking facilities. Also there were outside dividers but it lacked some privacy.

We drove from Alghero to Santa Teresa and turned right towards Palau. About a 5 minute drive and turn left. Plenty of signs to Punta Falcone, impossibe to get lost. Just when you think you are in the middle of no where, you arrive at this beautiful oasis called Punta Falcone. Most staff will speak english and check-in was quick and smooth. We had booked a classic room for 3 days, possibly one of the cheapest options which means the location is about 2-3 minute walk from reception. the pool and where breakfast is served. The upside, it's reasonably quite and it has a very large rooftop viewing area looking out towards Corsica. Great for photos too. The room was comfortable, but see my comments about the kitchen. Breakfast was always good, just next to the pool. On Monday nights, you will be invited for drinks and typical local food at no cost. This will be next to the pool which by the way is exceptional. We changed our plans so we could join everyone and we were not disappointed, such a special treat with some lovely wines. The lady who we believe owned the Resort was lovely, she always greeted us with a smile and lovely conversation, a very genuine lady. Again, its people who make the difference. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Of note, we also took a ferry to Corsica for a 4 hour stay. Expensive at 120+ euro and very french.

The appartement was styled very basic, not as per the pictures on the web. It was not inviting to spend time in the appartement. We booked 4 days and did not get a cleaning or change of towels mid way as you apparently only get that after 5 days (or at different rate). We did not know and would have happily paid extra for this service. Better to explain this at check in, not at check out when asked. I missed a mirror outside of the bathroom.

Unfortunately also here people claim beds around the pool whiles not using them. In a small resort like this and the money you pay should be a house rule.

You do need a car to get around. The trade off for the peace and tranquility you get is that you have to drive to most places.

Peaceful location, good quality accommodation, friendly staff. I particularly want to mention Christopher who worked so hard and always had a smile on his face. I didn't get a chance to thank him personally so hope this message reaches him.

Booking for Monday event (Sardegna evening in the resort). First it was mentioned to confirm presence, once confirmed we learned surprisingly there is no place left. Minor thing anyway but just to improve in future (clearly communication issue).

perfect place for rest and as well starting point for touring north Sardegna. Breath-taking view on sea and Corsica from the the apartment. Fantastic apartments. Pool is great, breakfast is very good (although limited to mainly sweet snacks)

The cleaning is underavarage, the breakfast is boring, almost sweets, but good point for the fruits. Staff is average, polite but not to personal. The resort has very good natural conditions, the cleaning must be improved, and the staff could be more informative. We did not receive any information about the place or the close sightseeing.

Amazing place, with heartbreaking view. Good pool, colour nature. Especially plus point to the own mini garden, and sunbeds. Nice beach is very close.

Room - very old everything, old amenities, smelly, rusted fridge, dirty details like: glasses, corners, toilet etc. If you leave your staff outside overnight, the water sprinklers for grass will wet everything. Confort - very very hard mattress. Cleaning - staff ask you to buy your own soap or shampoo. They clean the room once at 3 days. They come in the morning and leave a huge bag with sheets and towels in front of your door. Breakfast - just poor quality croissants and pain au chocolat, coffee, and some fruits and jam. All these served in carton plates and "to go" plastic cutlery. The breakfast is just for 2 hours. Pool - old and dirty, pilled liner. Staff - poor communication and bad attitude of most management and front desk staff. Hospitality - very bad, they will give you an old and dirty plastic envelope with 3-4 remote controls and 10 pages of rules. If they want to tell you something like "come and make the checkout with one day before leaving" (why!?) they'll stick an A4 page on your door, like you did something bad. If you'll checkin after 10 pm they will charge 50euro, even though the man who is waiting you is there, he's not coming for you. We felt very very unwelcome with all these, the management is against you, they will just tell you what you're not allowed to.

Large rooms. The Asian guy and the very young lady from reception are very nice, willing to help and always smiling. Unfortunately, the only ones. Small terrace outside the room, with nice view. If you can't afford more, is a good option because you have a small and dirty kitchen where you can cook something.

Unfortunately, overall we didn’t find this place was good value for money and wouldn’t have rated it 4 star. - plastic plates, cutlery and cups at breakfast. Not good for the environment AND Sardinia can be a windy place, so at times we had to hold down our breakfast.. - there were not enough sun beds and the majority of the time we had to lie on the floor when around the pool. - you have to pre-order your lunch before 11AM which we weren’t told and when there isn’t a shop anywhere near the apartments this was a little frustrating. They only offer toast or pizza if you don’t pre-order. - although there were a couple of incredibly friendly and helpful staff, there were a few staff that were rude and unhelpful during our stay.

Nice pool and a couple of very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment itself is large and the kitchen had everything we needed. AC was excellent.

i m writing this just because i fell like there is room to improve: a little more options for breakfast, and a little more atention to details.

i was scared about some rewievs. especially those about the mold or the breakfast. well, there was no mold in our place, there was a subtle smell of salt water and cold (don t know how to describe it) but it was kind of nice actualy. the breakfast yeah, was a little too poor, but if you like fresh friuts and croissants, it s gonna be ok. the view is amazing, the place is clean, the staff is very nice, the pool is cool. you problably need a car if you wanna go to the beaches around, or, you cand go to the small beach 500 m away from the resort, but i ll recomand a car. overall it was great!

The shower is incredibly small and badly placed, I don't know what they were thinking.

We had a deluxe room, which is in a separate location from the others, with a separate (nicer!) pool. It even has a small pool (more like a jacuzzi) in its own garden, but that one is not of much use. This separate location also has a kitchen where you can eat/drink everything available at no extra cost and at whatever time you wish, which is great for kids. TBH this was all a surprise for me, doesn't seem to be information available on Booking.com. Great view. Great beaches on either west/east side of the island, so you can choose depending on wind direction (10-15 mins by car). Bottom line: highly recommend, but I can only speak for the "deluxe" location of the resort. Will definitely come back.

not a 4 stars but 3 stars (we are accustomed to do 4/5 stars hotels only) - scandalous to have plastic plate, fork and knife for breakfast! and they claim to be ecofriendly!!never seen that in any hotel. - an awful private beach. better not having one rather than pushing this claim. don’t waste your time to see this one, there are so many beautiful beaches elsewhere. - not enough warm water for shower. we need to have a quick shower to be sure to have enough warm water for three. - impossibility to change room/ be upgraded even if you are ready to pay for it! we had a dark flat/house: so pretty cold even in may and we never have sun! ask to change and to be upgraded (of course, we wanted to pay for it) but the manager refused even if the hotel was half empty. just lazy to prepare another room. so we always wear socks/slippers because the floor was cold, and use blankets at night (outside we were in summer clothes!) at the end our experience was pretty bad.
