The hotel itself is slightly older but everything works and it is kept immaculately clean. Seriously it was clean..

Location: hotel is positioned just beyond Porta al Prato and I chose it because we had a car and I didn't want to drive into the city ZTL areas. You can also park in the hotel garage for a fee. It is about 20min walk to the attractions in Florence or Oltrarno. Staff: everyone we came across were really helpful, efficient and friendly. Room: there was a welcome pack of biscuits tea and water bottles. And there is a little equipped kitchen in our room.

It’s mentioned that there is air conditioning, and there is definitely some AC system in place, but I was not sure if it was actually working. It was not hot inside the apartment though, despite quite a heat outside. The building is quite dated.

Good location, with a private parking close to the city center that’s kind of pedestrian, so not troubles getting there.

It was all good. They should provide a good hair dryer instead of a wall mounted hairdryer which stopped functioning after one minute.

Good and spacious apartment! Slightly away from the centre. Easily a 15-20 min walk. A washing/laundry place right in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful

Appartments on the street side are very noisy, even during the night. it's a large avenue withy heavy traffic.

Good location, close to the ZTL. Big plus is the private parking where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay. City center is at a (good) walking distance, around 20-25 mn from the Duomo.

It was quite a walk to the centre, with we were find with although a bit much for our toddler who was travelling with us, however we were aware of this prior as it as clearly stated in the information section.

It didnt affect ourselves but its worth mentioning that the reception is not 24hrs.

Great value for money. Huge space with a nice balcony. All the staff were great, in particular Eleonora. Clean. Only a short walk (15-20mins) to the centre.

There are not many places are actually better than the photo, this is one of them. Perfect stay for family of 4. The apartment is nice, cosy and spacious. The place has secure car parking which has an added benefit.

We had three rooms and there was a loud group outside one of the rooms (outside the building) until after 2am.

The only minus was soundproofing. You cand hear everything from the neighbours.

Everything was great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We had a huge balcony, wich was nice. The staff was great and always happy to help The location was very clean and close to the city centre and train station. In the lobby you can find two vending machines, one with coffee and one with water, soda an snacks, wich, in my opinion, is a nice touch and very helpful. In the area there are a lot o shops, bars, restaurants and pastry shops. Closeby you can find a tram station and bus station. I would deffinetely recommend this place, it has everything you need! They also have a goodie bascket in the room, with sweets, toast, jam, tea and instant coffee.
