- The parking is a few minutes away. - The beach is close but all umbrellas with sun beds are reserved despite the cost of 28€ per set. Probably the hotel should have some seasonal reservations at the beach, the same way it has seasonal parking.

If you want to spend great time on the beach, close your eyes the market, beach, historical center, restaurants that is the option you need! The room was clean, had everything you need, the host is very helpful. They let us check out late, which we really needed. We had the top roof room with amazing sea view.

In a very first place - personnel. Very friendly and helpfull in anything you might need. We got an apartment with amazing view to the sea And of course - swimming pool inside area of the hotel/appartaments. There was a small kitchen which is important when you travel with baby.

The location is great! Very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops. The facilities have a clean pool with sunbeds. The room had 3 beds and a small kitchen and a balcony!

We had a room, where there were 3 beds in one room and the forth bed in the kitchen, which is weird for parents w 2 kids. They should not allow dogs into apartments or at least inform guest about the possibility of two dogs barking the whole day next to their room. Our neighbours were very noisy and you could hear all their conversations through our bathroom window connected to their terasse. The parking area is 10 min walk away and you pay per day, not per actual hours. The interior is from the ‘90s.

It is close to the beach. It had aircon in both rooms. We had a huge terasse. There is an elevator. There is a pool.

The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our vacation. Near the beach so we could walk everytime we wanted. In 15 minitutes we could reach cicy center. It is great that in the hotel there was a swimming pool. Personal was kind and helpful. Thank you for great experence. We hope to come back next year!

I can’t really think of any… the water in the ppol was a bit cold maybe but we were at the beach all the time (28 celsius in the ocean at that time).

What can you say? I was a bit hesitant before I booked but this was all washed away. Great place, great staff, great location. Very close to the beach. I mean, very close, like I wouldn’t want to be closer. A full kitchen to make dinner that you can then sit woth your family and enjoy while watching the sun go down after a full day at the beach. I loved it. (P.S. Loved the two A/C:s, one in each room we had, a lifesaver).

As we had stayed previously we are aware of changes. The bikes used to be free to hire. Now you have to pay. The swimming pool also closes between the hours of 1 and 3pm. The pool was also closed for a couple of days during our stay which can't be helped. However, we love going to the beach so we rented sun loungers there and split our time between the pool and the beach.

This is our third time staying at Residence Nautic. The first time back since 2019. We love Rimini and the apartments. The rooms are spacious. Fantastic amenities with fridge and freezer and cooking facilities. The location is perfect. Five minute walk to the beach and beach cafes. Ten minutes from the supermarket. Staying here gives the choice of visiting the old town or going to the marina. A good size swimming pool and sun loungers. Your own balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and surrounding areas are clean and well maintained. We love it here.

The place was very clean and comfortable, few steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff( Anatoli and Delia)were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to all our friends and family.

maybe it would be grate to get some toilet paper when you are staying more then one week and there was no rubbish bags and sponge for dishes. You don't to buy goods like that when you on holiday flat :)

Very good location - beach 1 minute walk, center 15 minute walk. Friendly and helpful staf. nice swimming pool. large and clean rooms. lucky if you have the view to sea :)

The walls were in not good condition. They want from you +money when you want to use kitchen (what is okay) but you don’t have some cutlery, microwave doesn’t work. We were here in may and in this time they aren’t ready for customers. They cleaned rooms and also maybe reworking- I’m not sure what they did but there was noise. And clean woman comes to our apartment when we were there
