The property is amazing. We stayed on the top floor in apartment No.2 and the view is absolutely stunning. Giuliano was brilliant before, during and as we were leaving the property. The terraced area is truly stunning and there's an added bonus of a covered area of terrace. It rained heavily when we were there but it was warm, so you could still sit outside which was a bonus. The bathrooms are huge and the apartment nice an clean. We are a family of 5, so one child slept on a sofa bed in the lounge. This was no problem at all since the bed was hidden behind the TV and was not the main sofa in the lounge so you can just leave it made up as a bed.

You need to be relatively fit to stay here. That is no criticism of the property at all. Anywhere outside the centre of Stresa is on the hillside so you need a decent level of fitness if staying outside the centre. You can cut down various footpaths from the property to get to the centre of Stresa and you can walk down in around 5 minutes. Walking back takes longer as it is all uphill, especially if you have shopping. I do stress though, this is not a criticism of the property at all; it's just a fact of staying outside of the centre of the town.

Phenomenal place - modern/updated, clean, spacious and a killer view. Very private. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Quick walk into town for meals, touring, shopping. Host is responsive, friendly and close by.

We liked everything. We booked a two bedroom apartment and only needed one. I wrote to the residence to ask to be moved to a smaller one if available. When we arrived we were given a choice between the one we booked and a one bedroom apartment which is brand new and stunning and very large.There are two pull out beds in an area between the bedroom and living room that could suits kids. The design and wooden flooring are amazing and every little detail has been thought of. The apartment is spacious, with lots of storage and any equipment one could dream of. Even a Dyson dishwasher, washer and dryer. The bed and bedding were the best we have had in many years. What tops all this is the unbelievable view of Lago Maggiore from above from the floor to ceiling windows. You lie in bed you see the lake, sit on the sofa and see it. This apartment has a parking space right by it so that is convenient. Stresa is just beautiful, calm and has an amazing vibe. It's less than five minutes from the apartment to the center of town.

Excellent location with stunning view of Stresa and Lago Maggiore. Extremely clean, with updated appliances and facilities. Guiliano went our of his way to make our visit enjoyable.

The aprtment is amazing, nothing less, great balcony with most beautiful view of the lake! Very clean, very stylish. Gulliano was helping us alot, and the service is superb! Well recommended!

basic stuff in the kitchen are not supplied: sugar, coffee, salt. so once you check in you need to ead immediately to the super market.

Super location, and fantastic panoramic view of lake from both of the balconies, and floor to ceiling glass meant you were surrounded by the beauty. Very peaceful and only about 10 mins to walk to Stresa. The grounds were idyllic , beautiful trees , shrubs and flowers. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Free parking too. What a gem !

Wow 🤩 We had the most amazing two nights in Stresa. Guliano our host is simply an incredible soul. His welcoming was tremendous with a very pleasant and positive attitude. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location and access to the downtown is convenient and easy. Guliano was ready to assist us all the time via WhatsApp really efficient. I highly recommend staying there and would definitely rent it again.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and the view was just incredible. We were a family of four adults and the apartment was plenty big enough for all of us. The location was on a hill so the view over the lake was amazing but it was still easy to get into the town to explore.

The only downside was that we went in winter so wasn't able to enjoy the balcony with the view

Beautiful newly renovated flat with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The view was breathtaking from the living room/kitchen and one of the bedroom. There is a 10 minute walk to the center of town following the steps in the garden and down a walking path. Be aware there is no light when it's dark at night, so you will need your phone's torch on that path.

A great lake view from the apartment and the balcony. The apartment is located above the town center on a steep hill slope. Very quiet and very clean. Friendly owner. Lovely renovated apartment with a lot of space. Relaxing! Also a lovely play corner for kids, washing machines etc. Dog-friendly.

Notice that the roads here are steep and your car needs to perform. You can reach the town center and the lake shore by car in 5 minutes or by walking the steep sets of stairs in 10 minutes if you are in a good condition (do not expect to take a pram or wheelchair on the stairs - in that case, use the car). The steps start at the end of the garden of the property which is very convenient and saves you a lot of time. Note that you need a lamp when it is dark.

This place exceeded expectations on every front. The apartment is more beautiful than the photos show, the view is magnificent, the staff incredibly kind and professional, everything very clean and comfortable, tastefully designed.

This was not a negative for me but be aware that without a car, the walk to and from the center of Stresa is down and up a steep path. It takes about 10 minutes and is very pleasant if you don't mind hilly terrain.

Clean and well maintained property with great view to the lake. Guliano is a great host and did his upmost to make sure we have a great stay.

Made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The property was in a great location with lovely views of the lake. It was spacious and very everything was a very high standard. Made our stay very comfortable.
