Great apartment, lots of space and well stocked kitchen and diner. Great balcony which was unexpected with lovely views over the mountains. Quiet pool downstairs was a pleasant surprise. Very accessible to the town and ski lift. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The pool needs refreshment and deep cleaning. Only Italian-style breakfast offered (i.e. only sweet stuff)

Nothing, everything was good. If I'm being picky, then it would be nice to have a microwave and / or toaster as the kitchen only has 2 hobs.

Nothing really - everyone would love ski in ski out but the resort isn’t designed that way so you have to carry your skis to a bus stop wherever you are staying.

Lovely self catering facilities, beautiful views and really friendly staff willing to chat and help out. Comfy beds!

Towels were not changed until we asked for it (we were there for 5 nights)...On a last day there was a big misscommunication within hotel personel regarding this and a payment of it. Also, gym is very poorly equiped, impossible to perform a training.

Honestly, everything was great. If there was one only thing I could say is maybe to have one extra pillow in the room as the one provided is a bit thin, but this is personal preference and such a minor thing considering all the residence has to offer.

Our stay at Residence Lastei has been great. The self contained apartment was great, it felt spacious enough for two people and it had everything to make it cozy and comfortable for a few days stay. Our room also had a big terrace which we made use of to relax after our snowboarding day. We would most definitely look to stay here again maybe even for a full week on the slopes, maybe this time making more use of the other facilities provided like the pool table, swimming pool and sauna.

The only downside: we felt the cleaning could have been done a bit more frequently, but that’s just a small point for improvement.

Charming and spacious apartment, perfect for up to 5 guests. Delicious breakfast, super friendly staff, and a fantastic location just a short walk from the village. The building offers everything you need: laundry facilities, a bar, a pool, and even a play area for the kids!

Fantastic location, our apartment was very spacious and all the facilities we needed. The town is stunning with great bars, restaurants and small shops.

We had a room over the reception and it must have been facing north because we didn't get any sun all day, although the view was great. I think the rooms at the front would have been preferable, although I didn't see them. Just lighter and bathed in sunlight.

It's a great hotel, in a great location with lovely staff.

Some objects/facilities in the room were a little bit old and wi-fi in general was good but not in our room (needed for work purposes).

Very, very, very kind staff! Ladies at the reception were very helpful and responded to all of our questions. There's a nice bar to have a breakfast or to just grab a coffee. Residence Lastei is close to the center and in perfect spot close to a small river, hiking trails and chill area (much preferred to the city center). There's a big parking lot nearby so there were no issues with leaving the car. We haven't got enough time to explore other facilities but we would come back there definitely:)

Everything felt outdated and worn down a bit. Apartment size also on the small side. Despite that everything was in working order and nothing was lacking in particular.

Staff was very pleasant. The apartments had the basics. We did not miss anything in particular and it was good. Location is actually great. Easy to drive with the car and the town center and nearby park/forest just few steps away. Value was quite good. Reserved car parking spot under the root can be arranged for a small fee - loved that and I thought the price was very appropriate.

Great little room with everything needed for a stay. Small but very well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable room, and a small balcony with table and chairs looking out to the mountains. Staff were very nice. Location is great very close to the shops and the Cable car. Would recommend.

Lovely staffs. They allowed my to check in early. The apartment itself got almost everything you need. Included the guest card which is a plus. We extended our stay for 2 more nights.

We had 2 bathrooms. In one the shower did not have hot water.

Spacious apartment. Very clean. Amazing balcony with views. Able to get breakfast (11 euros per person when we stayed) on site. Parking included. Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff.
