I wasn't a fan of self check in. Too impersonal. Easy and convenient, but felt odd. Pillows were too firm for us.

Very new and clean. We didn't stay long, so it was hard to say more. We were impressed though. We didn't have any of the issues in other reviews. We had a top floor unit. Great views.

Good location, it was easy to find and just a short walk from the village center. The studio was clean, with easy check in process. The bathroom was well equipped. The cleaning staff were very kind.

Id scanner at check-in almost damaged my passport during insert/extract procedure. Should be changed to a "flatbed type-camera scan only"

Hi-tech self check-in, modern & brand new apt, spacious with integrated bedroom+living room and separate kitchen, balcony with mountain view, elevator, garage. Had a pleasant overnight stay, recommend.

The self check in was really easy. We were so positive surprised by our room! It was spacious, very clean, and the balcony was really big! The price was really great for the comfort we received! If we ever come back to Arco, we will book it again!

The self check in machine is a little weird, it kept asking for the tax number of a 16 year old (who clearly doesn’t have one). We found just clicking ‘back’ and then ‘next’ a few times sorted it.

Kitchen missed a sponge to clean dishes, airconditioning is quite loud, couldn't figure out how to open the garage gate from the inside.

Easy checkin on a "totem" and nice rooms, almost felt like a hotel. Big shower even in the smallest category and kitchen with everything you need on a short stay.

Negatives - no major complains, but will mention them nonetheless: noisy ceiling fans instead of classic air-conditioning (the fans are a cool element during the day, but at night they become kind of annoying - as we had to leave them on, because it was really hot and humid), no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. Additional nice-to-haves (optional): some tea and/or some coffee (even those tiny instant ness-caffee servings would have been great to have in the morning).

On the plus side - all of the following were excellent: location, view, private garage (with direct access without exiting the building), elevator, digital self check-in, digital entry card (although a single one is being issued), everything clean, all necessary toiletries available, lots of balconies, electrical powered sunshades, very nice neighborhood, prompt customer service, great price to quality ratio. Overall a recommended place to stay!

There's only one check-in screen and I had to wait quite some time before being able to check-in as the couple in front of me was not tech-savyy; it took them forever. It would be nice to have a pre check-in process available online.

The automated chack-in process was very long and annoying, it would be so much nicer to deal with human instead of machine. Too much information to type on the touchscreen, document scanner very unintuitive, annnoying errors poping up on the screen for no reaspn, interrupting the painstaking typing.

Great location, very close to the old town yet in a very quiet street. As a cyclist travelling with bicycle I found it super nice to have a dedicated bicycle washing station in the garage.

We had issues with the check-in via their new system, got swiftly resolved with the help of the owner. We did not have wifi for the first day of our stay, but they gave us password for the secured one the next day. People smoking outside the entrance was not very pleasant during the night.

Great location, very peaceful at night. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Parking garage also a good feature.

Tiny seating area. Kitchen equipment could be better. You can cook pasta but cannot really bake, even though there is a working oven. I did not try myself but was told the hair dryer did not work. Price for the pet is a little too high, but we cannot avoid that for the comfort we ask, so there is nothing to do.

Great location, apartment was nice and clean, french windows in both rooms gave us enough light and electronic window blinds ensured privacy in the evenings. Dish washing kit was provided and was enough for the stay. Pets are allowed (we arrived with our cat). Comfortable beds (harder ones). Parking in a garrage. Wi-fi steong enough for work in our room close to the reception.
