Little noisy with windows open.

Staff attentive, free parking! And secure. Place was very clean. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Clean bathroom air-conditioning great. Located near bus stops and grocery stores, 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city center. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Not a thing, all was great.

The property was a good size - the only thing that was not great for kids was the spiral staircase that led up to the room with the second bedroom - it was quite steep - not suitable for younger children.

Clean, modern and very nice room with many facilities. Bed was very comfortable, it was quiet at night. About 20 min walk from the main attractions.

At first sight, the apartment looks neat and charming, however, our four-day stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning did not work, which was a serious issue given that temperatures in Florence reached up to 38°C. In addition, the sink drain was not functioning properly, causing further inconvenience. The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which constantly moved apart, causing the mattress to slip and making sleep very uncomfortable. Moreover, no basic liquid soap was provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately, due to all of these issues, the accommodation did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to return.

Everything was great, from how good late check-in was organized ( we were given detailed instructions on how to get into the parking lot and apartments ) to comfortable stay in the apartments, where you can find everything necessary. The kitchen has all the facilities you might need ( including the dishwasher ). Nice and safe parking place. Extraordinary nice receptionist,she even let us leave our car in parking lot for a few hours after check-out. Good location, close to the city center ( 20 minutes on foot ). We would highly recommend these apartments for your comfortable stay in Florence.

The only disadvantage of this apartment were uncomfortable and too soft mattresses on the bed. For people who have problems with their back it might be a problem.

Size of unit and location was very handy. Easy to find with a secure garage for parking. Easy access with keyless entry.

No condiments provided. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper all not provided.

The outside gate to the lower parking lot as I was exiting closed on the car and caused damage to the paint.

Reasonable, one bedroom apartment with pull out sofa bed in living area. On the whole apartment was ok, nothing too special. We stayed for 3 nights to sightsee around Florence and on the whole it did a job. Location is a good 20 mins walk from the Duomo but we managed as a family of 4 with two young children each day - a few cafe's along the route to stop off at. Nice pizza restaurant downstairs. Car park was handy albeit very tight (not a lot of space). Host was helpful on first meet up to handover keys.

Apartment block wasn't the most warm and welcoming, but was fine overall. Apartment itself wasn't very 'homely' and not the most comfortable to relax in.

No nonsense lady at reception was helpful & informative. Excellent! AC was perfect. Beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure & hot water. Location was very quiet & a comfortable walk to all the sites. Carrefour right around the corner. We really enjoyed it. Parking lot in back (free) was much needed.

We only stayed one night. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the city center. It’s a good option for those arriving by car, as it has its own private parking. The room had everything you might need—just like at home—so it’s also very suitable for longer stays. The only thing missing was a mirror in the room, which would have been nice. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful
