It had everything we needed for our stay on Lake Como. Rita & Manuela were perfect hosts. The pool and hot tub kept the children entertained, even on the rainy days! You won’t find better value for money on the Lake.

Great location and a stunning view from the balcony. Our kids loved the pool area. We got great service and a warm welcome. We arrived late and got the best help with the self check-in. Good private parking.

We were absolutely satisfied with the apartment and with all the facilities (spacious, super clean, bright). Manuela and Rita were always around and provided all support needed. We arrived by car, there is a spacious garage and also outside parking area, easy to park. The pool and the jacuzzi where super nice, there is even a small playground next to it. Supermarket (small-local and Penny), pizza place (even for takeaway) are literally 1 minute away and 2 minutes away you can also find a very nice restaurant. We ordered breakfast and it was amazing! Beach is 2 mins walking distance. There is no AC and it can get pretty warm inside during hot summer days. We could sleep with the windows open, as during our stay it cooled down a bit, so it was pleasant. Great place for families, can only recommend.

Lovely place to stay with lots of facilities. Beautiful gardens, pool and hottub as well as small play area for children. Sauna and steam room available at extra cost. Very short walk to the lake and multiple bars. The staff were extremely helpful and made our trip more enjoyable!

The hot water tank was newly installed but didn’t hold enough water for two relatively consecutive showers.

Great location. Pool and jacuzzi looked lovely but it was raining so we didn’t get to use it 🥺. Staff were truly fabulous and helpful.

Absolutely stunning location and views!! You step out right into the beach with a great atmosphere. Manuela is absolutely fantastic. There are food options nearby and quite big grocery store next doors.

No sound proofing, if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs might come in handy.

The location is great, it’s a walking distance from two supermarkets and multiple restaurants.The beach is also just a few minutes down the road. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier after travelling all day. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and took the time to recommend restaurants and places to visit once we got there. Our dog was also very welcome at the property.

We had a room on the north side, so no sun during the day, but you are out and about anyway.

Great location, the beach and lake are practically around the corner. You are right on the beach promenade. Everything was very neat and clean. The room was very well equipped with a small kitchenette and dishes. The lady of the house was very, very nice and helped us with some shopping when we both suddenly became ill. Thank you again for that!

Everything was really great! service was nice and helpfull, beautifull area, close to the lake. In my opinion this is perfect base to visit surraunding well known villages and cities. In comparison to the other side of the lake roads are not so narrow so you are always afraid to scratch your car. We are planning to come back in several years!

no air-conditioning (fan provided) You need to pay extra to use the washing machine (you give them to the staff, and they will wash it for you) I thought the washing machine was in the apartment. I hope this can be clearer! But overall, it was very clean & staff were so friendly.

The hostess/s were very nice. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The pool was clean and the hot tub was a bonus. Really close to the lake. It was nice to be able to rent bikes. Parking provided in underground garages. I recommend and we will be happy to come back again.
