The bed! The mattress did not meet expectation and the pillows were too thin

We received a lot of scam messages regarding this apartment via the Booking.com app and via WhatsApp...it was a huge relief that the booking existed and I spotted these were scams before giving away details. Pool was very cold furniture needed updating

The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable, though the beds were very soft and lumpy and the furniture was in need for updating/refreshing. Location was good, quiet and convenient for the town, bars and restaurants and the station. The pool was a good addition, but the water was very cold. The staff were helpful when needed, it was a shame that there were no laundry facilities on site.

Check in was hard work. We have stayed in loads of places around Europe and this was the biggest faff ever. Constantly receiving scam emails and WhatsApp messages for more money, further verification etc. even told at one point the booking was cancelled. The outdoor pool area needs tidying up. It’s mess. Towels weren’t changed for the entire week. Never met the receptionist apart from a telephone call to say he’d not got our completed check in information even though I’d got proof I’d completed it.

The size of the room was perfect. Air conditioning was good and well needed. The location was good.

The booking in process was terrible. I had requested a late arrival of 7-8pm several weeks before the holiday but with no response. The day before we flew I had an email asking to take photos of passports and check in online. We were traveling so couldnt complete this as didnt have internet until the airport. Whilst traveling had several emails saying the process was not completed. In the end I was given the code for the door but that was after several emails saying that my booking would be cancelled. They should have let me know that reception closed at 5 and sort the check in days before traveling.

The apartment was very spacious and good air conditioning. Kitchen facilities were adequate and good size balcony for late afternoon sun.

The furniture is old. Sofa bed not comfortable at all. It could benefit having an oven. With a bit of renovation it can go a long way

The location is fine but not ideal if you want to be in the centre of town. It is an easy walk, but may be a bit much if you have mobility issues.

It was very poor kitchen equipment so it is difficult to cook food. Balcony was abit dirty and bedsofa in kitchen uncomfortable.

Very good location, 10-15 min walk to old city and nice restaurants, big apartment and nice pool. I would recommend the apartment hotel although it is abit old it is good value for money and a very big free garage for the car. We had a great stay here!

The late check-in. We had a 3 pm. check-in, and it wasn't really ready until 3.15pm. That wasn't a problem, as we were allowed to leave our bags earlier at reception when we arrived and head off to explore.

The apartment was clean and neat ( I actually booked an apartment for 5 people, and there were just two of us So two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two air-conditioners at the ground floor with a banana lounge and table out front. It was a good 12-minute walk to the walled city of Peschiera and ferry. Still many eateries close by, and 7 mins to the train station, which is how we arrived. Good place in a good spot with a pool. The staff extremely helpful and friendly Sorry, no photos of the accommodation, just what's close by.

Stayed one night with family while passing through the area. Check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is easy to reach by car and offers convenient underground parking, included in the price. A lift connects both the parking and the lobby, which made access simple. Location is excellent — just a short walk to Peschiera’s harbour and pedestrian zone.

The apartment deco might feel a tiny outdated.

Big appartment, large corridor, 2 bathrooms, great location to visit the town walking and reception. It gives a very laid back feeling around there. Great place for family trips, even large families.

Dated apartment. Needs a renovation. Some of the stove tops didnt work. There was no cleaning equipment provided, no sponge, tea towel, washing detetgent. Garden around pool unkempt with some broken outdoor furniture. Hallway floors not clean.

The room was clean but there was squashed mosquitos on the walls probably by previous visitors. Also found a fake eyelash on the door. Small things as the apartment and the hotel were quite clean otherwise. Some of the furniture needed updating but nothing that bothered us.

A cozy little building to relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a success with the kids. Location was great, only 8 minutes walk from the train station and within a walking distance from the town center but still in a quiet area whithout any noise. Rooms were spacious and the room helped to get into vacation mode.

This apartment is very spacious. We had 2 bedrooms woth 2 bathrooms so great for families. As we stayed for only 1 night before the season, we didn't get the chance to use the pool. Staff we met were kind and helpful.
