I was very happy with everything. But for other people booking please don't be upset that it's not the newest most modern place. It doesn't pretend to be so don't be upset with things are a little old..everything works. And the price you paid is not for Hilton standards so don't expect it.

Great little spot 8 minutes walk to the lake. Martina was exceptional and couldn't thank her enough. It has everything you need and is very clean. Best pillows iv ever slept on I think.

I was located on the bottom floor, so it can get a bit loud with people walking by. Didn't bother me a lot, but I can imagine some people will not enjoy that. Oh and there's a church nearby, definitely woke up because of it in the morning haha.

The woman that was in the accommodation when I arrived was very friendly and helped me a lot. Como is not big, so the location is pretty good. You can walk everywhere. Bed was fine, good WiFi. Easy process.

I am all for recycling but the trucks were emptying glass and other containers around 3am and 6pm… so I recommend bringing ear plugs just in case

The cabinets were a bit stiff, a handle from the shower got off.

The kitchen furniture and the shower cabin need refurbishment. We had some issues with the AC and we were told that the technician would come the second day, but never appeared (luckily the weather was friendly with us and it wasn’t a big problem). The lack of elevator wasn’t a problem for us, but I don’t remember being specified anywhere or reading about this before booking. A coffee machine would have been a plus (maybe the hosts will consider adding one in each apartment).

The location is great, in the heart of old city, just near restaurants and coffee shops, a few walking minutes away from Como Lake. Parking available (not free but very convenient, the host even obtained a ZTL permission for us to reach the location) Very good communication with the hosts and clear instructions for self check in. The apartments I booked were situated on Street Armando Diaz at no 58, in a nice historic building. There are two locations in Como, on the same street one at no 58 and the other at no 86 (be aware when booking, especially if you need more than one apartment). We had the apartment with terrace (a shared one with anothe apartment) situated on the second floor with bo elevator.

The spiral staircase in my room that led to the bedroom was a little too small.

Located on the edge of the city center, you can get there by bus and walk few minutes to reach the hotel. The staff is very friendly and available on WhatsApp to answer your questions.

A bit expensive for our short stay but also we made our reservation in the last days leading up to our trip.

Awesome apartment and very accommodating service by the staff. The apartment we had was very close to the main streets and to the harbor, the apartment was cosy and quiet.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very helpful hosts who helped advise on transport from airport, and easy direction to accommodation. Very clean. The pillows are the most comfortable.ever. Apartment is excellent location

Noise , and the amount of keys we have to haggle with to get in and out. Seriously like 3 keys at different doors. It can be a little confusing to get to your place if you are not actively reaching out to the host and making sure you have the right building as the office is in a separate building and unattended as the manager is going around in the buildings .

Location is very good. But there can be loud noises on the street in early hours or late evenings . So if you are a light sleeper this may not be a good idea.

Location near Como station - walking distance. Rooms clean and comfortable. We did not have enough time at Como. However, you can easily stay here for weeks with all the amenities available. Only small ⚠️ no lifts, so be prepared to use stairs with bags and luggages.

All was good.

Martina and Juliet were very nice and helpful.....there is a kind of reception desk where one is most of the day. The studio was very nice, especially the corner room with good AC and large cross ventilation windows for the heat wave. The refrigerator and freezer kept things nice and cold. It is in the historic center but about a 15 minute walk from the lake and the main areas, so quieter. I stayed several nights and went back upon return.

The staircase to the upper level was narrow and steep and may not be suitable for older people or people who are less mobile.

The property was close to the train station and an easy walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Central location walk to the everything including a supermarket across the street. The top level apartment is very spacious with kitchenette and dining area. Easy access with digital code entry.

Maybe out of their control, but there was a very noisy garbage collection just outside the windows that was disruptive.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy room located in an area of old town that made it a 10 minute walk from everywhere of interest in Como. Also the check in and check out process was great.

Authentic, rustic Italian vibe. Great location central to a lot of sights and of course the lake. But super quiet, except for the church bells opposite, but I loved them 🥰 (they didn’t chime overnight) Also super clean and such a great rate. Staff were also very attentive and responsive.

I was on the ground floor, so could not really open my windows, which would have allowed passers-by to peer into my room. Real bummer.

The apartment / room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Juliet was very engaged in pre-stay communications. The sustainability practices were commendable. Good arrangements for luggage storage.

We were on ground floor so hearing a bit the street noise but it is very quiet so not a problem at all. All ground side rooms are not the best but it was not an issue and I recommend them because it was very comfortable, great location and price value.

Very well located in the heart of the old city and close enough to the main streets so when you park you are 5/7 min walk from Residence Diaz. We had a studio and it was big.
