The two levels bed is not good. The lower level height is very low lead to not good to stay. The upper level has no fall protection lead to not safe for the kids to stay.

We had the pleasure to stay at "Residence Baumgartner" during our way back home, unfortunately we did stay for one night only, but it deserves to be leveraged for much deeper immersion in this enchanting Alto Adige location. The apartment at the last floor with mountain view is superb, friendly staff, super acceptable cost ... and the swimming pool is a gem.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The free parking was super convenient, and it only took about 30 minutes to drive to Ortisei, which made getting around very easy. After a day of trekking, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to unwind. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine while watching the moon—such a peaceful and memorable way to end the day.

I arrived early and only wanted to park my car, not use the room as check-in was at 3 PM. The host seemed busy and perhaps not in the best mood, and firmly told me I couldn’t park and to return at 3. When we came back at 2:50, she again told us to wait until 3. However, once we officially checked in, her attitude changed completely — she was very helpful and accommodating. While I appreciated her support later, I was disappointed by the initial experience of not being allowed to park, especially since the property has private parking and we weren’t asking to access the room early.

The attitude at the start wasn’t great — maybe she was busy or not in the best mood. However, when we met again at 3, everything went very well, and she was very helpful. Still, I wasn’t happy with the initial experience, as it would have been nice if we were at least allowed to park the car.

The host could have been better responsive during check-in and the Wifi could have been available. The property only took cash and there was a 40 Euro charge for using the kitchen so we laid off of it.

It has a good location, right opposite to a parking and the bus stop. The apartment is wonderful.

There weren’t both shampoo and body shower. We should have expected it from a Residence, we just weren’t ready.

The location was super good! We loved the room every single second and would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends. The very comfortable thing is that you also have an intern parking where you can leave your car and the remote is attached to your keys, so you can come and go autonomously.

Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, actually I felt the springs in the mattress pushing on my ribs.

Fie is a good place to stay when visiting Siusi. The Residence is cosy, clean and has a good parking place. View from the balcony is good.

Wifi is really really bad and slow. You have to wash the dishes otherwise you will pay €40 which is a bit odd and expensive The pool was closed and I don't think the opening period is mentioned anywhere in the description

It's a really nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The view is amazing, it's also possible to walk around. The host is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and has pretty much everything you might need.
