We were a family of seven, the property was beautiful and spacious, with fabulous facilities both inside and outside.

Perfect location in a very cosy and very small city (but it had all you needed). The pool area was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Will definetely come back!

Such an amazingly beautiful place, a little oasis right in the middle of a village. Beautiful garden, great pool and nice apartments that have real italian soul. We loved our stay and will be definetly coming back. The only thing that bothered us that there was no cutting knifes or cutting board in the kitchen, otherwise 10/10.

The place was very clean and spacious. it was also very homely and we were welcomed very well by the hosts . It was also a very relaxed environment for settling down for a quieter part of the holiday. Although the town is quiet, it is a good vantage point for exploring other places. Restaurants and ameneties are also very close to the apartment . Hosts were aso very helpful with information.

Slight issue with our European plug adapters -they didn’t fit easily, so struggled to charge our electronics.

Cute apartment for a family of 5, and a superb shared pool! Was in walking distance to a small village with great restaurants. Also not far to walk to the coast, where there is a nice stoney beach with some restaurants/bars. Good base to explore the lake , hope to come back again!

Nothing, I’d like to live here!

The property had a sense of love about it. The property manager was brilliant and very on the ball with check in, explaining the accommodation, and the grounds were immaculate. You felt safe with the entrance to your property being secure, and it was very private for you to be able to relax (as much as you can with three children!) The pool and garden were very relaxing. The kids made friends with international families. The apartment was lovely inside, beds very comfortable, air con if required, showers and storage space. The kitchen had everything you really needed too, small but compact. The location was brilliantly positioned for a real local community feel, with small business stores and restaurants, supermarket and parks. Then in twenty minutes on foot, you can have links through to Lake Garda ports from Portree. We made it to Salò, Malcesine and Sirmione. There was also a little mini train/shuttle service which set off across the road, then took us around san Felice/Portree in a repeat loop which was very handy.

The pool is only open from 9am to 7pm. Officially, they do not allow to use to toys in the pool. That is not a convenient for kids. P.s. nobody asked to remove those when the kids played after official hours and with toys :)

Nice pool. Good location in terms of city. Not so good in terms of the lake (20 min walk). Clean rooms. Spacious private area of the Villa.

Too many unnecessary rules, particularly for the pool. Amenities in the apartment were basic.

Great pool and garden and ideal location for visiting Lake Garda. Close to local amenities, bars and restaurants. Miriam at Garda Reservations dealt with any questions or requests very efficiently.

The kitchen has everything. Also dish washer with tabs, dishwashing liquid and sponge. They have 3 bicycles and 2 e-bikes that the guests can use, we used them all the time. Besides, the villa by itself is a beautiful classic Italien villa, well located to reach Salò or manerba by bike.

I didn’t know that we will have an apartment with a stairs with bathroom on the second floor. with a 1 year old child it was a bit dangerous and uncomfortable. but it can be also my fault because I didn’t saw the photo with the stairs and didn’t ask about it.

location is top, in the center of city, with all restaurants and supermarket (just 1 min to go). swimming pool is perfect!

The apartment we received did not match the photos in the listing. The balcony was supposed to overlook a garden, but instead it faced a noisy street with constant traffic and people passing by. The listing also mentioned good sound insulation, but we couldn’t sleep half the night because of cars, shouting outside, and loud neighbors. We tried to resolve the issue with the property management, but they refused to help and insisted they were right. Very disappointing experience.

The pool was the only nice point

No "administrative" reception: request to pay tourist tax and deposit via WhatsApp several days before arrival. Noisy (room above a street crossing). No pool towels, no shower gel, no breakfast. Very few dishes (tiny coffee maker, only 4 plates). Charmless flat interior High price 1500 € for 4 nights.
