The only downside was the proximity to the railway, which caused some noise disturbance during the night.

Great location – just a 2-minute walk from the Metromare Marebello station and 5 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes to Lidl. The staff was very friendly, and all our requests – a kettle, a baby crib, early check-out at 8 AM – were fulfilled. Special thanks to Filippo for his help. Please note that you will need to pay a €100 deposit in cash, which will be refunded at check-out.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. Everything was super clean, and the apartment had two bathrooms, which was really convenient for a large family. The location is perfect — just 5 minute from the beach, shops, and restaurants. A big thank you to Mr. Filipo, who was very professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Railway tracks are next to the building and even at 2am, trans come and go frequently. Windows and doors are sound proof but if you prefer open windows and fresh air, it is noisy.

There is a railway line right next to it, which can be a disturbing element for someone looking for complete peace.

Our holiday at the Aqua Suite Marina Hotel in Rimini was absolutely wonderful! The apartment-style accommodation was spacious, modernly furnished and clean. The kitchen has basic and sufficient equipment, the only thing I would add is an electric kettle. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is perfect for hot nights. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a short walk from the free beach, so you don't have to pay for renting sun loungers. At the same time, the hotel is just a street away from the main street, which is full of restaurants, shops and real Italian nightlife. - just a few steps from the beautiful beach. Filippo is nice, helpful, fully understands English, knows not only Rimini, but can also advise on a family trip around the area in case of bad weather. The hotel is right next to the Metromare stop (a bus on its own dedicated route), so you can get anywhere practically immediately. The price/performance ratio is really great here. Anyone looking for a pleasant, quiet place to live will not make a mistake with the Aqua Suite Marina hotel.

We mentioned that one of the beds wasn’t comfortable, Philippo immediately replaced it with a brand new one.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. Philippo gave us a warm welcome, he was very kind, responsive, and always available via WhatsApp. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great, and the shower was spotless. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We liked everything from check-in to check-out. Filippo is a professional! The room is very large and clean. The apartment had everything you need) The beach can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes. There is parking! We were pleased with our stay and will definitely come again 😁

It can be a little bit noisy because of the nearby railway. Take earplugs is you are a sound sleeper.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It's close to the bus stop and at the same time to the beach. A free beach is available at 7 min walking distance. The administration is really nice and helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and have all the necessary things including items for cooking, cleaning etc. I advise this place as a perfect one for families with kids, as everything is pretty close)

The view from the balcony is not the nicest as it is close to a deteriorated building, but naturally that's not their fault. It's close to a railway which makes it quite noisy, so I recommend good earbuds ;) And the hostel from nearby was playing loud music till midnight everyday, so somebody noise sensitive might be bothered. But it's still a good value for money, especially, if you only need a place to sleep.

The best was the facility manager Filippo, who was ready to assist us with anything. He answered our questions promptly and was very very friendly. Thanks to him our stay was a very pleasant one. Everything was nice and clean and smelled nice. The appartment had basic furniture, but all that's necessary. The aircon was working. It was easy to get to the main street with restaurants and the beaches.

The residence was located near public transportation, so we could easily get to interesting parts of the area and also the beach was quickly reachable. Filippo is a very helpful person and always available for our needs. The apartment is spacious and also contains work tables that fit us.

Excellent hotel near the sea. Large convenient parking on site. The hotel has everything you need. The hotel owner, Filipo, personally greets all guests. If you need help or are missing something, Filipo will solve everything. This is one of the few hotels that is open throughout September.

The only negative feedback. In the direct neighbor there is a hostel and on Friday, Saturday big noise party till 1 am, which is quite difficult to bear if you can't stand loud things! Solutions: take some ear plug and close the window and the shutter....

Fillippo at the reception is a great guy, support you with any kind of request or question! He knows your name.....and say hello ...... The laundry is just next door which is very comfortable if you travel with kids not need to take so much clothes! The room is ok clean and the beach 3 min walk from the Residence! We used beach Bagno 101 with animation and kind host! I will come back.......

The location is really close to train railway... We were with a baby and had to close the window throughout the night. Still, we didn't sleep well. The AC in the room wasn't too clean, from the second night I was sneezing, my throat was itchy. No shops nearby, only groceries. If you long stay and plan to cook, would need to travel by bus for shopping.

The location is good, five minutes walk to the beach.

Noise from metro, every 10 min, unable to sleep at all. Booking never mentioned that in the description. Poor old apartment, bedsheets and beds very old. Beach very windy. We had to leave after two days, because it was impossible to sleep there. We contacted Booking.com to try to get some refund because we paid for 10 days, but no response from them. Bad customer service from Booking.

Only the host Filippo was ok.
