We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Maria was an excellent host. My train was delayed for hours due to a fire further down the track and ended up finishing the journey by bus. I contacted Maria by text as she did not speak English and advised of my delayed arrival. No problem she met me at bus station. This is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms for guests and 1 bedroom private for owner who is not in residence. A kitchen with dining facility for breakfast with 24 hour access with several types of tea and an excellent coffee machine with pods available . Although the shower room is not en-suite it was for my sole use, as the other bedroom in the apartment also has its own shower room, and these are only a few steps outside the bedroom. My bedroom had a Juliet balcony which was great for fresh air. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout, bed was extremely comfortable, apartment and outside peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed a great night’s sleep and Maria arrived the following morning to ensure all was well and transferred me to the Cruise terminal. Maria is a charming lady and always available by text as she does not speak English and I do not speak Italian but we understood each other through Google translate. The only drawback is the outward appearance of the building, Please do not let this deter you as I highly recommend Relax B&B for value, cleanliness and welcoming helpful host.

Our host had limited English but we managed to communicate with the help of Google. Breakfast was typical Italian. We appreciated the laundry. It was close to the cruise port and our host gave us some good tips for Civitavecchia.

The family that runs the B&B are super friendly and helpful. They adapt to your needs and make you feel welcome. There's a super big fan in the room so you don't need a/c and the bed is super comfy. The place is spotlessly clean! It's located very close to the sea promenade, I recommend a long walk in the evening.

UkrainePaid breakfast could be better. We had organise it by ourselves from what is available in fridge/kitchen. Butter, sausages, eggs, fresh bread(poco formaggio?)-these prducts cost not too much to make a breakfast really full and guests completly satisfied.

The guest was very kind. The apartment has a really good location for anyone wanting to overnight in the city. The access with the elevator was ideal. We would definitely choose it again for accommodation.
