Everything was great. Still a little out of season so in house Restaurant was closed on Monday. Referred me to a beautiful restaurant in Soave (5 minutes drive) which was well worth the effort.

Beautiful setting, gardens, pool and facilities. Staff were very attentive and helpful. They too spoke very good English. Room was pitch dark, quiet & comfortable with a multimedia TV and poolside bar.

The location has v less lighting so be careful when you check in - might look like haunted area. The most annoying thing however was out checkout process where a new staff member appeared and charged us for some surprising breakfast elements (which was not informed to us in the morning). While the confusion and conversation makes sense but he used racist comments and was creating fuss over tiny things like reservation made online and being late for checkout (when we agreed on late checkout already the previous day with another kind staff). It was a pity that a lovely time was ended with this irking experience. He shouldn't have used racist comments in Italian - which we understood after being in Italy for 10 days - which I guess he didn't expect!!

Most of the staff was super friendly and kind too. They were accommodating with the language barrier, using Google translate when needed. The room was super nice and AC was working as needed which is not to be taken for granted in Italy! The pool was clean and almost Private to us as they were no other guests in the property

Beautiful hotel and beuatiful ambient. We have been there last weekend, family weekend - 5 of us. Unfortunately, there was some rain ,so kids didn't use the pool. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very kind, polite and unobtrusive. Hopefully, we will come back.

Beautiful place. Very quiet. Excellent night of sleep. Welcoming staff and very friendly.. The restaurant was closed but we drove to a small village nearby Soave, and it's within castle city walls which was an unexpected beautiful visit.

We had one thing after another - we had just a few days to relax and it was not relaxing for us. The entrance is awkward and you have to roll your luggage over tiny pebbles. First day our fridge wasn’t working and tv wasn’t working, then second day our toilet wasn’t working, they said they were fully booked and we couldn’t switch rooms, but then one hour later asked us to switch rooms - to a smaller room that wasn’t properly cleaned. Leftover fruit and opened wine from previous guest. There was no bin to throw trash, we asked them for one and the young man at the desk said he would come collect the garbage and bring us a bin - nothing. Then we reminded them again in the evening and the older gentleman working apologized and brought it. Then once more the fridge didn’t work. It was just too much … with two small kids. I would never book again for the price we paid. They tried to compensate when we checked out by offering a cheap sparking rose, but to be honest… was too little too late. The villa was once beautiful - but is now rundown. Mold in showers etc
