This place was incredible! The facilities were top notch. The employees went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Rooms were clean and well decorated and the food was the best I had while in Italy. This place felt like a $1500/ night hotel for a fraction of the price.

Very hard to get to if you don't have a taxi. The staff can't really tell you when the bus runs, so you need to google it. We took a train from Milan to Lake Como, then had to walk to the train station across the town to catch a bus, which dropped us off on top of the hill, which was not bad going down hill with luggage, but going back up took extra time, and not easy for the elder. We thought the hotel had a shuttle, but unfortunately did not. The stay would definitely been much easier if there was a shuttle. The staff can't really tell you when the bus runs, so you need to google it. We had to catch a bus up the hill each day to go anywhere. This required LOTS of walking, not including our leisure walking around town. We actually did miss our bus stop coming back one time (because we didn't know the area) and had to walk almost an hour back to the hotel, again a shuttle would be nice. Pay attention to where you are on the bus if you don't have a vehicle or taxi.

The breakfast was very good, more than I expected. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant, he is there day and night. Very pleasant staff. The hotel was beautiful inside, with beautiful scenery right on the lake, looking at the mountains. Our room had a perfect view.

This magical property is located at the lake and offers a beautiful view ! The villa itself is magical. The rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The food is exceptional dr breakfast to dinner !

We visited the area late February. Como lake was absolutely quiet. Most of everything was closed and we didn't have choices. So, this is mostly why the money that we paid didn't respond to the value that we were expecting. Also, it is dangerous to walk on the streets. No pavements at the area.

Everything about my stay at Relais Villa Vittoria was excellent, but the great service started about a week before my arrival when my travel plans had to change at the last minute due to bad weather in the UK. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodated the last minute change of dates with out any fuss. The hotel, room and restaurant were all lovely, choice at breakfast was great, food in the evenings was very good, but as ever its the staff that make the experience. I was staying here on a business trip, but will definitely be returning for a holiday with my wife in the future.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unstable and kept disconnecting. The villa and rooms are in need of maintenance — the shower was leaking and the TV wasn’t working. In addition, the service needs improvement.

The overall experience fell short of our expectations. Given the price we paid for the room, we anticipated much better. While the room size and view were impressive, the cleanliness was disappointing, with dust and dirty curtains. We were extremely cold, and the room was infested with seasonal bugs, which made it difficult to sleep with about ten of them flying around. Customer service was lacking; no one asked about our stay or assisted with our bags. The complimentary breakfast was subpar, featuring reheated old croissants, and the food in general was overpriced and unsatisfactory. Additionally, room service left dishes in our room for the entire day. Despite the beautiful setting and its obvious potential, the overall customer experience did not meet our expectations.

The hotel presented a nostalgic ambience, yet every corner begged for a touch of modernity. With half of the premises non-operational, disappointment lingered in the air. The restaurant, though partially open, failed to impress. The pervasive scent of old oil clung to the towels, and the bedding exuded a musty odor. Our "partial lake view" surprisingly faced a roof. Breakfast was a letdown, offering dried scrambled eggs and stale bread and jam. The historical charm of the building was overshadowed by neglect, evident in outdated amenities and worn-out towels. Despite its historical significance, the hotel cries out for renovations and extensive enhancements. It's unfortunate that time has not been kind to this once grand establishment.
