We have been at Villa Olmo three years in a row now. This time it felt like the place was too busy making money on us rather than giving that very special feeling of being at an intimate and beautiful place with good service.

Fantastic location, with incredible views. The room was outstanding, and spotlessly clean. The pool area was fabulous - clean and fresh towels for guests. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff could not have been more helpful from the staff in Reception trying to help my husband book a round of golf, to Lucretia in the restaurant helping with food choices and Eduardo in the pool bar/restaurant - a 'ray of sunshine'.

Beautiful villa on a working vineyard and olive grove. The pool area and bar were lovely and the restaurant was amazing. The rooms had many original features and were simply perfect

There is only one bathroom and it's on 2nd floor but our bedroom is on the 1st floor.

The walls were a little thin if you are in a downstairs room. Also, the upstairs rooms have the views. Wish that the lunch menu in the restaurant was different than the dinner menu.

The view of the olive trees on the hillside is what people dream about. The rooms and beds are extremely clean and the linens, bathrobes, towels are generous. Big showers and sinks. Amazing breakfast and the staff were so sweet to my friend who was sick and brought her soup. The pool overlooking the valley was gorgeous. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and had lots of gluten free options. I could even make my own fresh pressed juice. I can’t wait to come back here. The wine and olive oil tasting was also a highlight. Easy walk into town.

We booked here as last minute guest after our other booking was terrible, and this place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, we had a lovely spacious apartment with private balcony and amazing view for a great price. Easily one of the best experiences we have had.

Breakfast could be better, not so much variety and average quality. Bedroom was quite small. Shower door was not perfectly closed and therefore may leak water.

Very pretty location , close to Firenze and close to several other Tuscany gems. The people working in the facility really made the difference, were always smiley, glad to help and present during the day.

I chose this place based on pictures. The real experience was just as good. The property offers amazing views to the olive trees and vineyards. I had standard room booked and showed up early. After having lunch at the hotel restaurant I returned to the reception to find out my room was upgraded to a junior suite! The suite was very spacious, clean and stylish and offered amazing view to the valley. I tried some of their wines before dinner and can highly recommend their white wine. Overall great experience!

Excellent accommodations outside the busy tourist travel spots. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every way. The hotel is located in a beautiful large country setting near the town of Impruneta. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a private, modern bathroom. There is a wine and olive oil tasting tour on site and restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast was amazing.

The menu is quite gourmet. Not ur ordinary food. Not a lot of choices to eat at all. Bland no red pepper or chile flakes or hot sauce. Maybe some more choices of typical Italian would be great!

We loved the view, the villa we stayed in with a private pool which was incredible, the staff who was very helpful, the room itself which was very spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant with delicious food. The wine was also incredible and the entire vineyard experience was unlike anything we’ve seen before.

beautiful property, meticulously maintained in a serene location. the staff at the restaurant were exceptional, the wine and olive oil tour was great fun and we loved the products and had some shipped back to the UK. A perfect place for a relaxing few days - also impruneta is close by and you can get there on foot so would recommend going to check out the town and terracotta on a cloudy day!
