Reviews of Relais Villa Isabel

The breakfast was really nice, the room was lovely and pool and communal areas in general were well maintained spacious and clean.

We did not have a car rental and taxi's were challenging to get in the area which made doing things difficult.

This is a family owned business and everyone was really attentive making sure guests had everything they needed to feel comfortable. The place is beautiful and has a genuine feel.

The proximity to the highway is a little bit strange but you don’t feel it once you are there…also very difficult to get around if you don’t have a car because there are literally no taxis and taking a bike is a bit dangerous because of the highway. If you have a car no problem but I didn’t and taxis are not an option as for a 5-10 mins drive they were asking for 35 euros!

Clean, quiet and well run

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. The personel, particularely July the owner, was very nice and reccomended great restaurants to eat in the area. We also enjoyed the fresh breakfast every morning.

The one thing that needs to improve, is the wifi signal in the villa. The signal was in and out and we had to go outside by the pool to be able to connect to wifi.

This is a very comfortable villa where one could happily spend a few days relaxing. The pool is large enough for a proper swim. Just a short drive from the beach and a multitude of restaurants.

Amazing park with trees, nice pool and overall architecture. Staff is kind, amiable and flexible to requests. Nice pieces of local arts in the common areas. Great breakfast for any choice!

Nothing. Proximity to the highway is not noticeable unless you know it, as there is a nice park with amazing trees. To give a ten I would upgrade a little the common area and little details in the room but I would definitely come back here.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Lovely large swimming pool in beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast. Ideal location between the beaches at Marina di Pietrasanta and the beautiful town of Pietrasanta with lots of brilliant restaurants

Nothing except that you do need a car to get around.

The communal spaces and pool area were lovely. Great spaces for children to walk around and play. Also the setting with scenic mountain view’s and sunset views across the fields were fantastic.

There is a self catering kitchen provided but the bins weren’t big enough. Needs a bigger bin. It was always full.

The shower was a bit awkward as the water control unit stuck out, resulting in very little space to stand under the shower head

A lovely building with an excellent pool. Staff are very nice and it goes above and beyond the normal "B&B". Excellent Air con too. I was apprehensive when looking at the reviews due to some weird negative reviews about location etc. The proximity to the motorway and motorway services is not a problem, you don't notice they are there at all.

The slightly strange breakfast where it is a buffet but you have to awkwardly order from 2 (very nice) people. This is just personal preference, I like to be left alone in the morning. The shower was slightly small but you are in a beautiful villa in Tuscany so if you are quibbling about the shower in that setting, you have bigger problems in your life.
