Portugalcouldnt find the waste tap/cover for a bath, had to take showers only. the internet isnt the best in the room, i guess the wifi extender isnt working, as i had better internet outside in the street in front of the house than inside my bedroom.
The good location, relatively close to the train station, the cafe on the street where we can take a light breakfast included. the full kitchen set, the easy instructions for entering the house, all by whatsapp message.

United StatesOff-site owner/staff was unresponsive to my questions once I arrived and never helped me figure out the wifi. There was no obvious network to join. Second- (third-) floor walkup with no elevator, fine for me with light luggage but be aware.
Spacious and comfortable and elegant (a renovated half of an old apartment, I think). Nice location - can walk to the train station in one direction and the base of the old city in another. Breakfast is at the cafe next door.

Czech RepublicVery poor breakfast in near cafe bar, it was dissapointing for us. Contactless check-in, you have to communicate just by WhatsApp, entry to the room by number code you have to remember.
Nice locality, but you have to find parking on the street. Big well-equipped apartment.

AustraliaI needed to iron shirts and while an iron was provided, the board was extremely small and make the task difficult. One day the wifi also went down. That was difficult given the need to work. Once or twice lights came on automatically at night which disturbed the sleep. I couldn’t work them out.
The host was very clear with instructions to access the apartment and how to get breakfast at the cafe nearby. Good to have facilities like a fridge and washing machine. The owner also provides lots of stuff that is required and the apartment is spacious.

GreeceThe room hadn't been cleaned enough. There was dust and balls of hair everywhere. The building has no elevator , so we were obligated to carry 5 suitcases for 2 floors. The windows were very old, they didn't close well , and we were listening to everyone from the road beneath. For having heat in the room, I had to ask from the housekeeping every time we were back in. It wasn't any cozy or warm. The breakfast was included by the cafe just next to the building, but the 2 of the 3 days of staying it was closed!!! So, it needs more care and respect for the customer !!
The location and the space of the room were the only good things . Indeed, the location is perfect...

FinlandBreakfast was meager: only coffee, fresh juice and a croissant. For this reason, I only went to breakfast once. When the lock on the room door got stuck on the second day and I couldn't get out of the room, I called Anna, the landlady. Anna knew and understood English very poorly. When I tried to explain the situation, he told me to be queit several times. I think that was rude to me. I had to wait an hour before the landlady came to open the lock with her own key. Because of this, I was late for the seminar, which is why I had come to Bergamo. There were no windows in the apartment. Booking.com's ad for the room gives an incorrect image, as it shows a suite image in the ad. I expected my apartment to be like that, but for this reason I was extremely disappointed. The price/quality ratio is weak. The cleanliness is weak, at least as far as the floor is concerned. When a little water dripped on the floor and I wiped it off, the white kitchen towel was completely black. So I guess the floors haven't been properly boned in a very long time.

United KingdomThere is an electrical issue & a plumbing issue, that could be dangerous! There was a sign telling you not to use the kitchen sink & to waste dishes in the bathroom instead. An electric fuse box was under the sink & switched off, meaning the fridge & microwave were not on. I couldn't use the Aircon until I went into another apartment to switch it on. The WiFi, also located in the other apartment, did not work, I tried to fix it but couldn't. I had no WiFi & Netflix for my entire stay. It wasn't clean, especially the fridge. Dirty bath & long black hairs all over the apartment. Poor communication from the owner. Unable to access the apartment at the agreed time, had to wait 40 minutes. The phone number on booking.com was not answered, I had to find another number. Breakfast, which was at a cafe next door, was not good value for money. The window was more like a skylight & was obscure. It could not be opened.
Location was good for both old & new town & railway station.

We booked both the Suite and the smaller apartment, which was a great solution for a group of four. (There was room at least for six!) The rooms were situated side by side in a very quiet and private corridor. It really was a pleasente experience to stay in such a classical atmosphere. There was everything you need and the bathrooms were very tidy and quite large too. The balcony of the suite was the highlight of our accommodation. We received beforehand very clear video-infos of how to use the locks and buzzers. And the door-codes were also sent at the same time little before our arrival. The classical breakfast (coffee, very fresh toast, juice) was served in a cafe right downstairs. It´s the blood-orange season and the delicious juice was squuezed right in front of our eyes. We had the breakfast without any special timetables, on a holiday that was great.

United KingdomI landed in Bergamo close to midnight. As a solo traveller first time to Italy, I was unsure how to get to the apartment. The host, Anna, was very knowledgeable and informed me the best way to get to the apartment - I was very grateful for her assistance considering I was also a last-minute booker. Upon arrival, the apartment was lovely. The ceiling has traditional Italian decor. Hyper clean. All amenities from coffee machine, fresh linen and towels, cups provided etc. the bonus - lots of biscuits to eat as well as jets in the bath! I did not run out of hot water. Wifi was strong and easy to connect to. In the morning, I left to the train station. Roughly 15 minute walk I believe with luggage. Extremely central. Thank you, Anna!

Polandapartment wasn’t clean… the bed, the bathroom, the rugs. it was very dirty, it was obvious that no one had cleaned up after the previous people. I had hairs after previous people in bed, in bath and in washbasin.

DenmarkThe apartment was very hot and one fan could not cool the entire apartment. We where not informed that the breakfast was in the cafe below before in the morning. And the cafe turned out to be closed on Sunday mornings. To find the apartment it is very important to add the exact address from the booking and not, as we did, rely on the hotel name in Google maps.
I have never lived in such a beautiful apartment. It is absolutely stunning. It is in a very central and pleasant area.
