Overall it was a nice room. Francesco was very attentive. He told us how to get to beautiful places and historical sites. The bed was comfortable.

Very helpful staff and great communication. They let me check in late when my flight was delayed. Exceptionally clean room, great air-con, and very secure as a solo female travelling. Loved it and will definitely return!

Drawers and somewhere to tuck away suitcases would have been great to get settled in. Some different pillow options would have been awesome too. Ability to chromecast or something to the TV, only Italian channels apart from the news.

Excellent communication and flexibility with helping us get checked-in when our plans were disrupted. The room was really nice, tidy and had what we needed. A little on the smaller side but fine as we were out and about most of the time. The little balcony was nice to spend time on too. Great to have a lift to get up to the floor. The location was pretty peaceful but really close to so many features - was able to walk from the Termini station with our suitcases without too much hassle.

Perhaps could add a hanging shelf in the shower for bottles (we have to put them on the floor, which is not always convenient).

We had one of the best Roman holidays ever, thanks to Francesco and his beautiful apartment. Excellent location, perfect cleaning (many thanks to the wonderful girl who so carefully maintains the cleanliness), pleasant minimalist design of the rooms, where everything is thought out (including the safe and kettle). A wonderful view of the Quirinale street (and the rooms with windows to the courtyard have perfect silence at night and opera singing in the evening from the neighboring theater🤗). The rooms are located in a beautiful building with a very majestic front door. Francesco was always in touch and gave valuable advice. A rare case when everything was so good that we did not want to leave. We will definitely come back)))

Great location - close to everything you want to see but away from the noise and felt super safe. Enjoyed watching the swifts from the balcony with a cold beer (lots of nearby shops to get snacks from). Really quiet and comfortable room.
