Great location for visiting all the major cities and little more attractive towns, the property was well equipped with a great accommodating host.

Only air con in one twin bedroom, but Ivana gave us fans for both other bedrooms which made the high nighttime temperatures bearable.

Lovely pools. Never overly busy because there are three. Ivana was lovely, responded immediately to a number of requests. The rooms were bigger than they looked.

Perfect remote location within the beautiful hills of Tuscany and with a view on Volterra. Perfect apartment with a view, lots of space, 2 bathrooms, a terrace and access to the pools. Easy check-in and check-out.

The best place we have ever stayed in on Booking.com. Brilliant spacious apartment, three layered pools, wonderful views of Tuscany countryside and near Volterra for sight seeing, and shops in Pomarance. Owners lovely. I would happily live there.

Amazing place with fantastic views. Very spacious, clean, great pool area, friendly owners. Supermarket close by. Good location to visit cities like Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra.

Lovely host, gorgeous rooms and property! The pictures on booking.com are actually outdated, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival everything has been updated since. We were supposed to go to Florence for a day trip but actually decided to stay at the property instead as it was too gorgeous not to spend the day but the pool. everything you need to self cater, we did a shop at local village and cooked whilst there. Washing machine also. Host kindly let us stay in pool area after check out as we were too early to set off to next place. Absolutely lovely, will definitely be recommending to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany and will be coming back!

Location! Pomarance itself is not pretty, but the accomodation is 'in the middle of nowhere' in nature, with spendid views!

Beds and mattresses are just OK, but this might be because we prefer harder sleeping surface.

Despite april like weather we really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for families with small children. There is a lot of space to play on the property as well as inside in case of bad weather. Apartment house is located on top of the hill and without any neighbours hundreds of meters away. You will love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere with fantastic views and really nice swimming pools.

Since the location is a bit off from major towns, having a breakfast in the offer would be great.

The kitchen equipment is a bit poor. No kitchen knives, no cotting board.

Very nice country house near Volterra and Pomarance. The apartment is great: big, nice with a lot off space and a parking space. The garden is beautifull.
