Amazing room with lots of space. Two swimming pools so it wasnt crowded. Location is great as its easy access to the highway to get anywhere in the area

Beautiful location, friendly staff and beautiful pool, view and facilities. Room air conditioning was still warm, shower head was broken and there wasn’t a book of information in the room to understand when things open, WiFi password and other essentials. I would absolutely stay here again and everything was beautiful with parking balcony everything but better communal would be great.

No atmosphere at all. Hotel is cavernous. No interaction from staff. No vibe. No music. Never saw any other guests.

We would have liked comfortable chairs in the bedroom - there was plenty of room for these to be added. For us the location was too far from restaurnts that we could walk to in the evening.

The room was spacious as was the external terrace. The choice at breakfast was good and well presented. We had dinner once in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were generally friendly and helpfulThe swimming pool was lovely and the grounds well maintained. Plenty of parking space. The venue was a 15 minute drive from the coast where there were a range of good restaurants. It was 10 minutes from the nearest town but we did not visit. We were able to visit Lecce, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and Monopoli all about one hours drive.

We were preferred to have a rooms with balcony/patio but got 2 of 3 without . Just room. So you need to ask when you do the booking. There are many celebration events in the hotel and sometimes it was too noisy . So need to ask the quite room.

Very nice place. Location is very good. Close to the beach and main roads. Staff is very helpful. reception is open 24 hours. Room is clean. Good breakfast. Very nice pool.

Room location was roadside and very noisy. Evening meal service was grouped with coach parties and very limited choice i.e Meat or Fish (2 choices per course) . Main pool closed off for private parties.

The Pool was amazing. The room was lovely and clean, some staff were very good. 'T' Beach is near and amazing !

I dont even know where to start. The service at this hotel is beyond bad. While we (me, my fiancé and our son, 2,5 years old) stayed at the hotel there where two weddings and they down prioritized us so bad. We had to wait 1-1,5 hour to get a ham and cheese toast for lunch and they just told us “sorry, we are busy because of the wedding” They absolutely did not care about their regular guests. They only care about their weddingguests. (I wish I would have read the reviews better, before we booked). For a few days we couldn’t use the “main pool” because of the weeding and we were just told “there is a second pool” Well, there was but they didn’t care to clean that pool AT ALL! They only cared about the “main pool” where the wedding people were. Breakfast was okey and I think the ones who where working at the breakfast (only 2 people) was doing their best based on the situation, which where too many guest (people who where there for the wedding) and too less people working. I tried to give them feedback and expressed my opinion, but they don’t care, at all. Further on the electricity went off several times, Wi-Fi was kind of bad, had an invasion of ants in our room everyday and the food was just okey, but overprized - I will upload a picture of their “green salad” which they charge 10 EUR for. It’s a joke. Would never go back.

Room smelled like mould, interior decor seems to have been purchased from the dollar shop, the 4 weddings and another party precluded us from using the nice pool, staff lying to us that there would be no more wedding, having to ask reception to set the aircon, gym is locked during the day and it’s a nightmare trying to get a key, the hotel is a wedding venue and also in construction. Parties keep you up all night, the grounds are filled with mosquitoes.

The pool is pretty but freezing.

However, we had "lunch" by the pool on the last day and they had a wedding on, our sandwiches were inedible. This is a WEDDING HOTEL. Loud music, crowds of people. A bad choice. There was a wedding every day. Bedrooms spartan.

Lovely dining room, fabulous breakfast with one poor overworked member staff making coffees to order. Dinner was equally good. Public rooms very pretty, gorgeous pool.

This Masseria is a nightmare, a massive nightmare. If you search for a luxury experience this is not a good solution. This is a wedding factory, you as a guest are only there to fill in an empty space between a wedding and the next one. The staff is unprofessional and in most cases still attend hotel school. Breakfast: at 9:30 they already stopped refilling the buffet, 25 minutes for a cappuccino and a coffee. No milk. A sandwich at the pool? 35 minutes, kitchen staff is busy, cooking for the wedding that will take place in the evening when your luxury hotel will became a kitsch temple. Avoid it and prefer smaller masserie if that is the type of experience that you're searching for.

Rooms are nice and clean even if the corridor is so large that the echo of people talking or staff working gets into the room. The small terrace, where available, is nice but very close to a public road.

I was overcharged on a bar bill by 20 euros. No bar receipt is given when ordering drinks just a rounded up bill at the end of your stay. No list of prices in bar. Be careful!

There was too much emphasis on guests who came for their wedding reception rather than guests who came just for a holiday with their families. I wish we were told that there were also two pools rather than having to find out ourselves.

The breakfast was very nice as there was lots of variety for people who liked different flavours/foods. The pool was also beautiful and relaxing. The palm trees with fairy lights were very picturesque.
