Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The Illy espresso machine used caplets that were not available at any grocery store, we asked for help from grocery store personnel at both hiuge super markets and smaller stores to no avail. Very strange.
Very high standard Apartments, all modern amenities present. Plenty of room for 4 with good spacious living/dining/kitchen on the main floor, with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Very nice outdoor patio area.

Very modern and clean facilities with a great pool and small kids play area. The property was beautiful, with a high spec finish and was in a good location which provided easy access to everything in Garda.

My only criticism is the noisy air conditioning. We had to switch it off at night as we found it impossible to sleep with it on which was a shame as we were then a little too warm. I did notice ear plugs were provided in the bathrooms which is unusual so I assume they were for this ? I unfortunately do not like wearing them. If the air conditioning units could be changed this venue would get 10 out of 10.
We enjoyed our stay in this small purpose built apartment complex. It is very comfortable, clean, well thought out and managed exceptionally by Manuel. The pool is lovely and the location quiet.

Everything from the host to the apartment was excellent. The apartment was very very clean and the host helped us with everything we needed. The town is about a 10 minute walk.

We liked everything.
Very new property with all the comforts in an excellent location. The lake and historic center are just minutes away by foot. Usually we don’t like to spend much time in a hotel or B&B but this place was relaxing with a lovely outdoor patio and pool. We also slept very well since the neighborhood is very quiet and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff is very professional and check-in/out was easy. We would love to stay here again in the future.

-Perhaps the opening times of the pool were a bit too short (10-16) especially if you want to do things in the day, but this was because it was early in the season and it will probably be longer in the summer.
We loved our stay here: - Heated pool, lovely even if its still chilly in the april morning, you easily could get in the water. - Nice apartments, big enough for a family with 3 children. - Everything was nicely organised, also well equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc etc, and lots of storage room in the bedroom. - Very friendly and helping hosts. - For me as a runner, it was a nice surprise a small running trial started at the building. - Great location, easy access from the highway.

Nothing to change, really. (If you are looking hard for a downside, maybe the single beds could be a bit wider).
Beautiful place with a very nice owner & staff going to great lengths for their guests' pleasant stay. Overall, highly recommendable. Apartment was super clean, and equipped with a great A/C. The pool was great, as well, with individual loungers for every apartment. Thanks a lot for some nice, relaxing days.

The apartments are very small and not good isolated sound wise. During high season when it is full, must be extremely loud noisy. It’s on the hill and super nice view and it is so green outside , you would think you would get great sleep but it was so loud that we hardly slept 2 nights in a row.
Location is good, a little remote but city center is easily reachable by car or bike

had booked for 3 bedroom apartment 1 double, 2 single beds, 1 bed. The two single beds turned out to be bunk beds. Mistranslation on English site from the Italian site.
