Great location near main train station, once inside the building the hustle and bustle disappeared and became a quiet haven. Checkin in breeze, clean and comfortable room. Lovely terrace for and evening relax overlooking Florence and where we enjoyed our morning breakfast. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Relais Luce Florence. The location is near everything this is why it was very easy to visit the city. The staff was awesome ! I really recommend this place.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, and the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was excellent, you are given a menu the day before to pick what you would like and there was so much to choose from. Breakfast is served on the patio and the views are amazing.

Large room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast on outside terrace. Friendly staff. Location on a busy street near train station but very quiet. Near all attractions.

Check in is not late if that is needed. Staff depart at 6:30pm. Not an issue for me.

An outstanding place to stay. The staff were wonderful. Be prepared, you need to order your breakfast before the morning on a sheet of paper, but no issues, plus if I wanted more they gladly gave me some. Location was great, dont have to lug your luggage far, as train station is right next to the hotel location.

Sitting on the terrace looking at the wonderful view while enjoying a delicious breakfast was an absolute highlight. Stefano, Elena and Madalina were fantastic hosts, any little problem was fixed immediately. I stayed here for 7 nights and loved every minute.

Staff were very friendly and were around to help. The view from the breakfast room was exceptional. It was 5 minute walk from the central market and the Medici chapel. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Could not ask for a better hotel for a city trip.

For this price I would have expected a better breakfast. You could choose from a list but the croissant was dry and the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. The cappuccino was instead great.

Very central location, my room faced the city centre, with a stunning view. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace is an amazing option.

The breakfast and the serving was nice and personalised. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well equipped, the furnishing/design is also very nice and modern. I felt good and safe while staying there.

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear some talk / shower from next room, but it's not noisy. There is a lot of stairs and they are not in best condition (they're old, that's why) and the elevator is very small, if you have some disabilities, you might check this out.

the balcony is great and nice view. Room was small, but fit one person well enough and have its own bathroom. there is also mini-fridge in the room and complimentary water. the staff were really nice and helpful. there is also possible get some breakfast. the location is amazing, few minute walk to train station and short distance to all views. .

For me, the bed may have been a litrle soft.

This is a perfect location, located less than 10 mins from SMN Train Station, about 15mins from the Bus Station. It is located in the City Centre so access to major highlights was extremely easy. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is safe for solo female travellers. My favourite place was the terrace with a view of the Duomo. My room was extremely comfortable. There was a tea station, mini frodge, hairdryer, toiletries in addition to towels. The staff were kind enough to add an extra blanket to my bed upon my request at no additional cost. I will be returning. Thank you for offering high quality service at a reasonable cost.

This is an exceptional small family owned hotel that is an oasis in the heart of Florence. The owners/staff are the kindest, nicest people and so accommodating. The hotel is situated on a busy street but as soon as you go inside it is so quiet and peaceful, you wouldn’t know you are in the middle of a busy city! The breakfast on the terrace is exceptional.

The sidewalk out front gets a bit crazy. It’s like merging into on coming traffic at times. Room is perfect for one, but two suitcases in there would be tight.

This was my first time using Booking.com and i didn’t know what to expect. The staff here were amazing. Kind and helpful without being overly. Loved my apertivi on the terrazzo overlooking Florence. Neighborhood is a bit sketch, but I always felt safe there. Just watch yourself at the market, I observed two guys planning their attack on the unsuspecting. Back to Luce, the only thing I would have loved was maybe an indoor sofa where the tables and chairs are, and maybe an outdoor one on the terrazzo.
