The room was very clean, modern and the placed in the middle of the old town. Cave: In the night it could be loud if the people in the town are celebrating life - But this is Italy 😄 Extremely nice and friendly host. Free breakfast at the lovely Italian restaurant downstairs (super view over the Toskana landscape!) A top place to stay! Thank you 😊 Ps: free parking outside at the big city parking place (5 minute's Walking) The host will tell you!

Simone was a fantastic host. The property was very comfortable and well appointed, and the view from the Juliet balcony was breathtaking. Very central location, with free parking a short walk away.

Nothing, everything was cool. As I love having breakfast, perhaps I would have appreciated a richer meal from the neighbour cafeteria maybe including a fresh orange juice and some cakes 😊

Lovely flat in the heart of the borgo, clean, spacious and well detailed. Facilities were good and handy such as bath tube, tv, flip flops and coffee machine. View at the closer bar was stunning.

The facility is a precious old building in the heart of Montalcino. Wooden beam ceiling and terracotta floor. The furniture is exquisite and the view is spectacular

parking is atrocious. directions given were not great - we couldn't find the free parking at all and ended up using the top paid lot in town

The view is what is touted, adn what you expect. We did not have a view of the mountains and valleys, we looked out the other side of the building on to the street below. It was still a great place, just a little disappointed we didn't have the breathtaking view from our windows.

Nothing about the property it was great. The town is wonderful but could do with a taxi service. But we hired a car and that worked well!!

Buses cannot enter the main street the rooms are on. We had to pull our luggage about 300 meters from the bus drop off point to the room. Same walk each day to catch our bus. The rooms look out over the street, not the countryside. Directly across the street is a bar that stays open nearly all night. On the Friday night we were there, the street was boisterously loud until 2:00 a.m. Not much sleep. The view from all the rooms is of the street below, not the Tuscan countryside which the name suggests. There is no elevator. Luggage must be carried up the stairs to the rooms.

Very nice breakfast options at two close by cafes. Room is located in the heart of town on the main street with close by restaurants. The room is comfortable with a nice common area. Clean and well maintained.

I loved everything! Our room had the most breathtaking view! The most comfortable bed I have slept in in the whole of Italy. Cridp clean sheets, soft bedding, slept like a baby and woke u to the most awesome view.

Breakfast café did not open early, so we missed multiple days of breakfast

Amazing views of Tuscany, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shared kitchen was fully equipped. The room was very clean and smelled soooo nice...The internet was super fast and the breakfast consisted of a coffee and croissant, very delicious! Even though the parking was a 10min walk from the property, we were able to drop off our luggage and walk back. Montalcino is a safe and cute town, will def stay here again :)

The room was absolutley CUTEEE!! The bed was comfortable and the view is absolutley stunning. If ever coming back to Montalcino i’m staying there!

Absolutely nothing!

The views from the lounge room (shared between the two bedrooms) were absolutely breathtaking! The bedroom itself was clean and very comfortable, the private ensuite was modern and very clean. The property is located in the centre of town among the restaurants. The hosts were 10/10, excellent communication and super friendly. Highly recommend enjoying a gorgeous brunello in the lounge taking in what are surely the best views in all of Tuscany before heading out for dinner.

The view towards main street, I was hoping for something else based on the description, but maybe I read it wrong.
