Exceptional service. We were there for my wife's birthday. We ordered room service and they graciously provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The continental breakfast was incredible with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, meat, cheese and eggs.

Our room although very clean, was rather on the small side with just enough room for our bed. We had thought we had selected a bigger room at that rate.

Nothing. Even the strange lift arrangement having to use coins was so interesting and unusual it was fine As was the historic hallway/ Entrance.

Very interesting unusual rooms and an unusual and very character full entrance but when you get to the rooms are super modern and efficient the staff are fantastic. It’s a quirky very historic place very unusual, including the lift with coins to operate it. Wonderful in a good location right in the middle of Naples. The staff who I think some are also the owners family are really, really helpful and charming and looked after us well.

We only had 1 night to spend in Naples and the location was perfect, right in the heart of it! We were in awe of the architecture and history of the room and building. Breakfast had a great variety and the staff were simply amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in the heart of Naples. Despite its central location, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Anna, who was incredibly hospitable and informative, making check-in a breeze and setting the tone for our stay. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and polite, ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. As coffee lovers, we truly appreciated the easy access to a variety of coffee options throughout our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The next morning, Alessandro assisted us and provided detailed directions that allowed us to explore the city efficiently without missing any of the major sights. His guidance was spot on and helped us make the most of our time in Naples. Breakfast was another highlight, with a generous selection of both savory and sweet options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We will definitely be returning and will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

There was not much not to like - the shower could have been a bit more powerful. The entrance to the hotel is quite secluded so difficult to find but well worth the effort in finding it!

This was a beautiful accommodation. The staff were extremely friendly and clearly anxious to make guests feel at home. The room was very spacious, air conditioning system good, bed comfortable and the ensuite had all the necessary facilities. The staff went to a lot of trouble to provide guests with a lot of variety for breakfast so no-one would go hungry. Highly recommended.

The hotel was perfect and everything was as advertised. My only issue was that I asked the hotel to give me advice on how best to get to them. They kept plugging their own transfers and gave no further advice. FYI You can take an official taxi from Naples Centrale. The rate to and from this hotel should be 15 euros each way. Confirm the rate before getting into the taxi. Have the exact amount ready. Don’t be fooled by the picture of Mama and the shrine to Maradonna on the dashboard, he will short-change you. On the day we left, the hotel arranged a taxi for us but it did not arrive or possibly late, our train tickets were booked. We took a taxi from the official stop outside the hotel and made it on time.

The hotel is located in a very central area. We walked everywhere and loved it.

It didn’t bother me, but what could be improved is the water drain in the shower, which is currently not very fast and if someone tested the bath in the room that wound be great. It worked but the jacuzzi needs testing.

It’s our second time in this hotel and we love it there. Beautiful spaces and friendly staff who is always happy to help.

Wifi was a bit unreliable so I found myself switching between WiFi and cellular to make sure onward always connected.

Location is great in the center of Napoli. It is close to major shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and the metro. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated advice on how to find a doctor for our child. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice touch that the coffee machine and lounge area was available during the entire day. As pointed out by other reviewers, the hotel does not look inviting from the street and the court yard, but the inside is great. Nice historical building with renovated rooms.

The friendly staff just amazing! Loved the breakfast celing and the antic area and our antic room! Location is excellent! Right at the heart of the center. Just make sure to call to know how to get in the small wooden door and they will rush to help you:)
