A little noisy from outside during the night. I still slept great.

I loved the place. It was very cute, clean, the location was great and it felt safe. The hosts were even able to accommodate a protein base breakfast, which is hard to find in Italy. It was only a little loud at night. You might need ear covers if you are a light sleeper, but it is the price to pay for being in the middle of everything. If you book here look for the light switches on the stairs. There are 3 of them and I didn't see any until the last day (my bad). It was still a great place.

Room was a bit small I am a 6'1" 280lbs guy and could not walk anywhere without hitting the bed.

Service was really nice Francesco took care of us both days we were there. We had early trips planned and made sure we didn't skip breakfast. Also allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. Which was only around the corner from our location.

The location is amazing, everything is super close. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Michela & Francesco are very kind and helpful, the communication was great too. The breakfast was included and I got a big plate of food, which is really nice.

The locatiion was fantastic, very close to the Duomo so we could watch the sun set on that lovely view! Staff was very accommodating of our early arrival and departure!!

Before the arrival, they explained everything in a clear way, and were communicating with us whenever we needed. Also we didn’t expect such a nice breakfast. Everything was clean, and everyday they came and cleaned the bathroom. Michela and Francesco were very friendly and ready to help. Finally, the location was wonderful! It's located just behind the Duomo cathedral and within walking distance of the train station. The location is excellent — you can explore the entire city without needing any transportation. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

City tax must be paid in cash. Excessive noise: the property is right on a street with multiple trattorias that are open until late at night. The locks are extremely loud. If anyone's talking on the hallway you can listen to their every word. The bathrooms have no vents or extractor. We went in late October and it was hot, I can't imagine what it's like in the middle of the summer. The elevator doesn't drop you off in your floor (so you can't use it).

Breakfast is included. Excellent location, close to most of the main sightseeing spots. Nice host. Cute little common room.

It is a bit “tired” and our room (advertised as small) was really too small for a queen bed and two adults.

The property was in a great location, the host was very accommodating and friendly, and there was a nice common space.

I have no issues what so ever.

Very Very Comfortable. We arrived in Florence on the train and it was only a 10 minute walk. Our stay with Relais Del Duomo was in the heart of Florence and so close to everything Florence has to offer. Now, I have never met such wonderful host such as Michela and Francesco. When we go back to Florence, I will have no problem staying there again.

A lovely small B&B just off the piazza where the Duomo is situated. Lovely staff who look after you well & who are on hand every morning for breakfast & enquiries. Checking in after 12 when there are no staff is explained well in the emails received beforehand, & is easy to do. We had the smallest double room which was cosy but worked well for us for 3 nights.
